Hotel staff and the facility and room were all very good. Location was surrounded by construction sites and industrial park-like buildings. Not pedestrian friendly.

The transport link to the city are quite bad. You only need cash to use to buses, there are no train station nearby. Apart from this, the hotel is quite, the staff is extremely helpful.

The directions we got in the email took us about 1km away, which was frustrating. But the staff was helpful, have us a quieter room when we asked. The breakfast was excellent.

Good breakfast included in the price. No restaurant available in the hotel for lunch or dinner. There is no out side restaurant in closer to the hotel. We need to walk about 20-25 minutes find a restaurant in a mall. There is no fridge in any of the rooms in the hotel per their staff. Overall condition and staff are good. We have expected better standard ( Fridge , Microwave) in our room and restaurant for serving lunch and dinner in the hotel based on our previous stays in other Holiday Inn.

Disappointing
I booked a single bed for two, for two singles, they refused to adjust the room outright, not even mentioning the card machine issue that took 30 minutes to resolve just to enter this incorrect room. At breakfast I had to ask repeatedly just to get a fork, felt embarrassing to beg like that for basic essentials.

Excellent and friendly staff, and fabulous breakfast, from eggs to pastries to designer coffees from 7am to 10:30am included in room cost! Our room faced road so it was noisy when window was open. Staff was unaware of short route to huge mall in area - the directions were off. We walked less than 10 min to local all inclusive mall - superb choices from the usual to gourmet food to movies for a good price! Taxi from hotel to airport was called for us and only cost 16 euros (without tip). Taxi from airport to hotel was 30 euros. Dishonest taxi drivers will say they don’t know how much the cost is and drive in circles. Check prices out before you take a taxi in lisbon!

The property was located in a shopping area and likely industrial area. The was little choice for dinning in the immediate vicinity. Transportation by public transit was right outside the front door into Lisbon's main terminal. Approx 1/2 drive. The hotel and staff were great. Would have preferred to be closer to the action in Lisbon since that is where we spend our time or started our touring.

Even after requesting, staff refused any assistance with luggage to room. The lady said there’s a trolley and you can take your things in that. No coffee/cream or sugar in room, called front desk multiple times - nobody picked up.

Great spot!
Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were really friendly and helpful and room was spacious and adequate for our needs. Breakfast was a little basic but more than enough for our needs and bar area was good. Location is great for Lisbon and we attended a convention nearby.

i loved the warm clean shower, helpful receptionists, nice room, and warm blanket. I did not realize it was a bit far out unless you are there for business, but we were able to take the bus and use the trains. It was a nice place

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a bus right outside the hotel that takes you to center city in 50 mins or Belem in 15, so location is good but you can’t really walk to any of the sites from here if that’s what your interested in.

We stayed for 3 nights, very lovely, quiet & pleasing location 5 mins walk from the mall nearby. The front desk team made our stay worthwhile and helped us in every way possible as we were new to the city. Customer service is fantastic, the staff is very understanding & helpful. The rooms are clean & tidy. The Lisbon airport is 11 minutes drive and the downtown was 15 mins drive, very convenient location.

I booked this place for two nights due to good reviews but I was disappointed. Since first night i mentioned that one room AC is not working but no actions was taken they just keep saying sorry !!! No new soap or conditioner in bathroom and no refrigerator! I suggest if you going to Lisbon book close to city center it’s more worth it.
