“A recommander sans arrière pensée”
Le nom de l'hôtel, Héritage, correspond au concept de la décoration: un cadre reprenant des éléments traditionnels dans un confort moderne. L'ensemble est bien réussi. Le service est tout à fait satisfaisant, à l'écoute des touristes. L'Hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques et des moyens de communication (métro, train), tout en étant très calme.

this little gem of a hotel could not be faulted ; excellent service had young helpful staff; fabulous room ; and a nice touch left us a bottle of champagne in room when i casually mentioned a 60th birthday ; just a treat ; wouldnt bother even looking elsewhere if i returned to lisbon ; fabulous!!!
“Great value!!”
My wife and I booked this hotel for the first 3 nights of our stay in Portugal. We were so impressed that we decided to book the hotel again upon our return from Spain. The rooms are so unbelievably clean that you feel as if you can really get comfortable in a room. The breakfast which you have to make sure is included was good. What we were really the most impressed with was the value. The internet room was always available, they have an amazing complimentary tea selection that you can bring up to your room, complimentary fruit that can also be brought up, and they have unlimited wine that you can enjoy. We got a great deal when booking the flight and hotel together so it was difficult to pay more upon our return. Overall though, for the value it was still well worth it!

Beautiful hotel, well located near city center and attractions and restaurants. Free internet, Porto wine and breakfast buffet. Lovely staff.

“Heritage Av Liberdade - great hotel!”
All the hotel staff were delightful, extremely helpful and absolutely did their best to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a lovely spread, something to suit everyone . There are no kettles in the rooms, but there is a tea bar to help yourself, with 10 different sorts of tea, which you can drink in the comfortable lobby. You can also have a glass of port. The plunge pool and gym are tiny, but beautifully done. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring, being right by a metro stop, several bus stops, two elevators, and within an easy walk to the squares and shops. Lots to do in Lisbon, a great place for a 5 day break, and the hotel made it perfect.
“Exceptional hotel”
A wonderful hotel, very chic, clean and stylish. And on arrival, glasses of free white and red port. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows, with a large bathroom. It is in a very convenient location, near the main square and excellent restaurants.
“Four days in Lisbon at Heritage Av Liberdade Hotel”
The hotel is situated close to the centre of Lisbon, and about 5 minutes walk from the main square, and a few more minutes from the main shopping areas. The river Tegus is 15 minutes' walk away. The nearest Metro station is 3 minutes walk, and the aerobus stops close to the hotel. The situation is ideal for a exploring Lisbon, and reaching the local attractions, and for travelling further afield.There are many restaurants nearby, and some very good ones too. The hotel is very comfortable. Our standard room was great with TV, great shower/bathroom, and free WFI. The hotel breakfast is good and very relaxed.The staff are friendly, courteous, and very helpful, and all speak good English. There is a taxi rank close to the hotel although you must be careful to check their meters and get a price for your journey. In summary - great holiday and great short-stay holiday location.
