“Awesome Resort”
This resort is awesome great casino great food best rooms great spa it was just awesome.
“Super Bowl Sunday @ ThunderValley”
The overall condition of this establishment was great. Quite spaceous room/suite equiped with enough needed ammenities to accomendate the individual(s). Con: I guess that it is safe to assume that room was not ready for occupany at a reasonable time to satify the reservation. Wet bar inside of the room was completely empty, nevertheless, the hotel representitives was very motivated to retify any and all issues. I would definitely stay again especially since it is adjecent to a local casino which includes a day spa.

Check in was quick and easy as well as checking out. The staff was friendly, The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well stocked. I really enjoyed myself and can' wait to return.

The hotel room was perfect but, I am a gambler and the Casino SUCKS, way too much smoke and the slots are tight. I will not return for these reason.

Smoke from casino was present in lobby and public areas of hotel, including hallways. Hotel charged a $15 resort fee.

I like this Casino much better than Cache Creek. They had more options in slots and tables and it just seemed bigger. I can't wait until my girlfriend and I go back there again. We had a really good time.
“Its a Ritz Carlton for Chain Smokers”
Let me start by saying the staff at the hotel are fantastic with great attitude, the rooms are beautiful, the restaurants on site are superb, really on par with a five-star resort. This is a GEM but for one GIANT glaring deficiency. Whoever designed the HVAC/Ventilation system should be tortured by forcing him/her to live in the hotel for a week without going outdoors. The cigarette situation goes beyond words. All the reviews complaining about it, I thought to myself, they must have it fixed by now, there is no way you could ignore so many negative comments. Well, they haven't. Now, all you people who are saying "Hey, this is California, RIght? You cant smoke in a public place like a hotel, restaurant, etc." Well, this isn't California, you are on the United Auburn Indian Reservation. You will not be able to avoid leaving here without smelling like you've just sucked down a carton of Malboros. The smell is much fainter inside the rooms, but it is ABSOLUTELY there. I enjoyed a fabulous steak dinner while talking to a lovely couple, both smokers. They even complained that it was too much and it compelled them to resolve to quit smoking. So you get the point. Smoke. Bad. Everywhere. Casino. Restaurants. Lobby..Halls. Pool. And the rooms. They apparently tried piping in Eucalptus smell, according to the manager, but that made things worse. They have GOT to redesign the air handlers. When they do, it will be one of the nicest facilities in California.
