“Excellent suites, good location, good cost-benefit ratio”
We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this hotel. The suites are very large, and include a full kitchen and a living room-dining room. Large flat screen TV. Magnificent breakfast buffet, including some Peruvian dishes. Room service was also very good. Has a business center, free wifi, small swimming pool, gym. It is well located, in the middle of San Isidro, one of Lima's best neighborhoods. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
“Excellent value for money - Highly recommend”
Hotel and staff are great. You get a good safe hotel in a good area, close to my favourite restaurants for a reasonable price. The gym is the best! Rooms are a good size with good bedding although typical for Peru - a little 'tired'. Definately staying there again! (Aust businessman - regular traveller to Peru)
“Visiting Lima”
Concierge and cleaning people were great; but front desk personnel was disappointing, they have to learn some courtesy rules and attentive behavior for their guests. The breakfast buffet and the personnel serving there was excellent. I was in room 7 and you could smell the odor of cigarette smoking in the hall of the whole floor; it was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel; but obviously it was not; they need to enforce the non-smoking rules. Also, my hotel phone did not ring when receiving calls from outside; I did not realized this until one day before my departure; when I told them about this deficiency; they challenged me, but eventually, they recognized that there was a malfunctioning of the connection from the front desk to my room phone. The location of the hotel is good and it is at walking distance from several good restaurants and stores in the nice district of San Isidro.
“Great hotel except all night noise from kitchen (all night)”
I loved the look of the hotel, the food in the restaurant, the service and esp the room. Very roomy and clean. However, there were noises that we heard starting around 11pm. At first we thought it was the room above. The staff said it was the kitchen below and they would tell them to be more quiet. At 2am I had to call the front desk again about the noise. Their phone system wasn't working. I had to go to the front desk. I told the new person of the noise. She said no one was in the kitchen. I told her I could see someone in the restaurant area right now and I can hear their conversations and moving of furniture while trying to go to sleep. I expressed how upset I was since I had a 4am wake up call to catch a flight. She said she would take care of it. I had a peaceful rest of 30 minutes then the noise continued. Overall, I loved this hotel. I would stay again and recommend the hotel. But, unless you sleep like a log ask to stay on a floor far away from the kitchen area. Also be aware that when you sign in they run your card and have your sing a form to charge for any incidentals. Usually hotels copy your card but not have you sign it unless you actually have incidentals. But, other than that you will love the hotel!
“Comfortable and quiet”
This hotel is way cheaper than staying at the Lima Airport hotel. The taxi is $25 each way. A little steep for two miles away but there is a lot of traffic and it takes about 40 minutes on a good day from/to the airport. The staff is friendly and speaks English well. The buffet in the morning is well equipped and offers a nice variety to choose from. The room is spacious and the beds comfortable. They provide a nice size soap for the bathroom, not the cheap sliver you get else where. The lobby is nicely decorated. I would recommend this hotel. Although I only stayed one night, there isn't much to do in the area. But, it was a nice place to sleep.

This is a very cosy and comfy hotel. I only stayed for two nights but found it comfortable. I am a single diaable traveller.
