The price is very good, the hotel is very well located. The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. The facilities are new and clean. Towels and bedding were changed daily. The breakfast they offer is very good, simple, but filling to start the day.

Unfortunately I had very unpleasant experience at this hotel. We have arrived late night; the room, which was given to us had a window shut down with a roller share which did not open, so we felt like we stayed at the basement. In the morning I tried to open it again (to have at least a spot of a day light, but found out the window was facing a wall). Then, the AC was making strange noises all night long. Afterward, the shower head in the shower was so rusty that the water was barely coming out. This is not the end ... when I got out of shower and took towel, I noticed some red dry substances on it - was so disgusting. Next morning we went to have a breakfast (around 9-9:30am), but there was barely any food left. The tray with cheese and ham was completely empty; one of the two heated containers was empty as well. Finally, I went to the reception to share the experience, however instead I was questioned why I did not request to change a room (in the middle of the night when we arrived). Also, I was asked to show a proof that the towels were dirty. As the result, on duty manager waived $20 airport transportation fee which we were supposed to pay. Long story short, perhaps my experience was so badly unique and does not mean other guests will face alike; however, I am not coming back to this hotel for sure. I wish this post arrives to the upper management to reflect on certain aspects of hotel operation and customer experience and, finally, overall value being offered.

Dear Madam or Sir We have very high cleaning standards and would never give dirty towels. The air conditioning machine in your room is new, so it is very strange to tell us about the noise. However, we will investigate what happened with your room and find any problem and we will give you solution immediately. We also remember that the room in which you made your reservation was a single room for one person, but you arrived with your mother and we did not make any additional charge for this person. I liked the location of the hotel - convenient walking distance to many restaurants and if I wanted, shopping. Mira Flores is a beautiful part of Lima.

This hotel was great for a quick stay, however was not super clean to stay for a long time. Bedding was just a sheet, and could see dust bunnies on the floor. The location however is great! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful (and spoke very good English)!

Terrible experience at this hotel. After a very long travel day I arrived at this property only to find out they had cancelled my first night stay yet still charged for for both nights. The front desk staff was rude. Didn’t even know how to call out to speak to someone. After spending 2 hours on the phone I was transferred to the front desk again and they hung up on me. Then (it doesn’t say it anywhere) but they charge you a “service fee” of 10% which they asked for a service charge for both nights after cancelling my first. Service charges are tips for good service. Which I definitely did not receive. The AC was broken in my room. There is only one elevator and it is very slow. Not great WiFi. All around a terrible experience from both the hotel and Expedia.

Dear Alex Sorry for the inconvenience but the day you come to the hotel, the receptionist told you that we change your dates as you told us the day before, despegar called me the same day that you called us to chage it. but we didn`t cancel anything. Then, the receptionist put you with despegar. The problem was because despegar didn`t call you to tell you that your change was made. We will write to them to help you with the refund of your money for the first night because we didn`t do this. Kind regards
