“Great Hostel, Great Staff, Great Experience”
The hostel is simple, but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were private, CLEAN, a nice size and a good shower with hot water. The complimentary breakfast was simple, but good. Although the hostel was a little further out than i would have wanted (about a 20 min walk to Parque Kennedy or Larcomar), the area itself is very safe with a couple good cafes and restaurants close by. The best part of the hostel, by far, was the staff. They were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They were so great that my grandma and i decided to extend our stay there by an extra week! I highly recommend Killari to anyone... backpackers and families alike!
“Killari rocks!”
I spent in Killari some nights before leaving to the Andes. It was a great experience to stay here: friendly crew, clean room, fast and reliable wifi connection. The breakfast was also gret, they made me anything I asked, with fresh fruit juice. I would absolutely recommend Killari if you travel to Lima, ideal if you plan an active holiday!
“Superb Service”
Everyone at Killari was extremely helpful from the moment that we got picked up at the airport. Felix, our taxista, was the kindest and most helpful person we met in Peru, and everyone was kind.
“Saeed”
I was there for two nights. This hotel is FANTASTIC. Staff are indeed friendly. I definitely recommend it!
“Good Small Hotel, Good Small Price”
This small hotel is really convenient: great location, good price, good beds (for the price I was surprised), good shower .. everything clean, very simple but just what you need to spend the night, nothing fancy. Personnel very nice and helpful. Nice home-made breakfast! I definetely would recommend Killari if you travel "low budget" but want something comfortable :o)
“Nice spot between Miraflores and Barranco”
We originally selected this hotel because we had heard that Miraflores was the part of Lima you should visit. However, after visiting Miraflores, we decided to head to Barranco. For us Barranco was a much nicer place, and especially recommended for a short stay because of its character and wealth of restaurants and nightspots. And the Killari is nice and handy, only being about 10 minutes away by taxi. The hotel provided us with everything we needed. It was comfortable, and the facilities were all clean and in good working order, along with cable TV if that is your thing. And all the staff were very helpful, despite my very bad Spanish!
“Good for a layover”
This was an overnight stay, I was so glad to see they opened the door at 130am. The room was plain and didn't have any toilet paper. I couldn't stop laughing. 1 towel, 2 soaps and 3 blankets, but no toilet paper! The people were so very nice. Decent breakfast. Easy checkout. It was very noisy for road noise. The hotel is quite, but the cars never stop and at 7 am they are out full force.
“Not a bad little place”
Great location in between Miraflores and Barranco and just a short walk from some spectacular views at Larcomar. The staff were especially good, very helpful. The place is nothing fancy but overall I would definitely recommend it.

Miraflores, Peru: The man-made landmarks of Miraflores--its gleaming towers, upscale shops, and foreign embassies--are no match for its natural beauty. Here, jagged cliffs give way to the Pacific. Inhabited since ancient times, Miraflores is home to Huaca Pucclana, once an administrative hub of activity built around 500 AD. Nowadays, the buzz has moved south to the parks along El Malecón and Larcomar mall.
