Floor and walls are concrete . There is an electric kettle but no coffee/ tea / cups .... AC window unit tooo noisy Bteakfatlst with no cheese milk , no dairy but overall average No signs to find rooms !!!!!

Door keys didn't work to enter rooms. Disco downstairs went on till 2 or 3 a.m. and noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep. Water faucett in bathroom sprayed towards the mirror and my belly. Room decorations are terrible.

Everyone was friendly and attentive. Construction started happening at around 8am though and it felt like it was right next to us. Also, their bar didn't open until 4pm.

Very nice/modern/artsy facilities. Was pleasantly given an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected by Haily. Breakfast buffet with a wide selection. 24 hr open gym. Bar/lounge on first floor. Impressive staff.Mr. Ángulo gave me lots of info about restaurants/activities and arranged a late checkout. Leslie was able to book a short notice reservation at a busy restaurant. Definitely would recommend .

Very convenient location! Excelente breakfast ( included) great room upgrade ( jacuzzi) showers are amazing super high water pressure, and steam bottom with Eucalyptus vapor! Just amazing. I’ll be back for sure

I love this hotel and I feel right at home at BTH. The rooms are spacious and well designed, and I don’t know of any other hotel in Lima that offers rooms with a private steam room and/or dry sauna, features that I value highly, just as much as a well-equipped gym, which they have. The only downside to an overall great experience is that the hotel tends to be busy with events and parties, so the noise at night can be an issue —especially if you’re staying on the lower floors—but the staff is very accommodating and they have made exceptions and gestures to improve my stay, all of which adds to my loyal support for this one-of-a-kind hotel experience in Lima.

This hotel is a gem. It’s super clean, trendy decor, the service is great. The gym is open 24/7. They have a cute restaurant, barber shop, a fun bar and big on site parking garage. I love this place and I will come back again.

Muy buen hotel, muy sobrio para mi gusto, demasiado moderno y minimalista. Los cuartos son chicos y las paredes negras los hacen parecer aún más pequeños y oscuros. Atención y limpieza excelentes, la zona esta preciosa!

It is pretty far from everything. Going to all the tourist attraction atleast cost 25-30 soles in taxi.
