“A great independent hotel!”
Because this was not a "chain", I was a bit nervous, but the pics looked fine. The hotel was great in every way, and included a free breakfast!
“Would Recommend to Friends and Family”
I was very pleased with this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable. The pool was a bit small, but the friendliness of the staff and the quality of my stay made up for it. The breakfast area was very clean and had a nice selection of food, even for young children.
“very nice for the price”
The Jameson Richmond was attractive, clean, comfortable and reasonable priced. I would stay there or at one of the other Jameson Hotels again.
“Awesome staff”
I got in around midnight and was greeted with a smile. I asked about nearby places to go and she rambled off a list. Earlier in the day, some customers had problems with their keys so she then followed me to my room to make sure my key worked. Room was VERY clean and orderly. well stocked, and comfortable. More updated than the hotel across the street!

we enjoyed the stay - it was very nice, breakfast was excellent. the hotel was very nice - we loved our stay. location was awesome
“Great location”
The hotel is within walking distance of a mall and some very good restaurants.
“Good for value priced room and quick visit”
We found the hotel clean and convenient. We were disappointed in cheap toilet paper and hard beds. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. As long as you want a value-priced room with little additional room to move, this is a good place to stay.
“OK but nothing special”
Nice clean room and friendly staff. But the room seemed really small and the breakfast was really pretty poor. Not many choices...we left hungry and went to McDonald's for a second breakfast. Again, the property was nice, new, and very clean. Just a smaller room and less breakfast choices than we are use to.
“Keys for two”
Ten Minutes after we checked in someone was given a key to our room an walked in on us. We explained that we had rented this and they went back to the desk .
“Breaskfast overstated.”
Only one person on duty to cover the front desk with people checking out. The same person was responsible for the breakfast area. By 9:00 AM the breakfast was out of about everything (considered hot). It was not replenshed even though it was known to the one person on duty.
