“Fresh Air!!”

A rarity for a hotel, being able to open a window. The night we stayed, the air was cool. Lovely! sleeping with the window open. Fresh air, and no roar of the AC or drying out from the Heat. Even when the AC is not needed, if you can't open a window, its stuffy & stale. I completely believe, opening windows, helps commercial buildings, i.e. hotels have healthier environments. The staff was very nice, and helpful. The beds were reasonably firm. (I like a very hard mattress) I would absolutely stay again, and recommend to others.

“Adequate Comfortable Hotel”

Arrived late after long drive. Room comfortable. Breakfast better than average "continental" breakfast. Check-out no problem. Overall, a comfortable adequate hotel which we would use again.

“good value for the money”

The whole experience was sufficient. The desk clerk was very efficient, all business. The hotel has that feeling of just being in need of a really good, deep cleaning and polishing. Catch it now before it gets disgusting!

“Not up to Comfort Suites standards”

It seems a bit tired and out-dated. And the pool water was very cloudy. The staff were pleasant, though.

“Dated but adequate”

This hotel has a good location for the Kentucky Horse Park. I'm thankful that they held our room, as we arrived well after midnight, and the hotel was completely booked for horse park events. We were given the handicapped room, which was ok and better than nothing, but the wooden bench in the shower (which we did not use) looked mildewed, and the heater made loud clacking noises which (obviously) couldn't be handled at 1:00am. The room decor was very dated, but the room was clean. The staff need to keep the commercial laundry and employee break room doors shut and the cleaning supplies (not the room carts) put away. They seemed more like a family learning to run a hotel than a national chain with professionally trained staff.
