“great room”

The hotel was very good. The room was clean and nice, and breakfast was fairly basic but fine. The only downside is the hallways are old and somewhat dingy. Overall a good hotel.

“Review of Super 8 Moscow”

Undisclosed user This is a motel with a nice room. The price is reasonable. The invested money is well spent on things like redecorating and carpets exc. It is comfortable in the double non-smoking. It is upstairs and the stairs are much easier then any other staircase in this part of the country, air is thinner in Moscow/Pullman. In addition, the people at the front desk are nice and gentle. The coffee is good, delicious. Tiny fridge and microwave could be bigger. Desk is a little crammed for a student but internet is not crammed. Similarly, at low volume TV noise is almost undecipherable from a low pitch humming. Everything including television is good. Generally a quiet place to rest. I was just out all day and the room is very comfortable upon return. Traveler's Tip: If you stay take time to play.

“Better than standard for Super 8”

Room was very clean, staff was courteous and very helpful. A complimentary continental breakfast including cereal etc., was available. Downside: Rear entrance door to motel had a card-key lock on it, but was not operational, i.e. you could gain access to the hotel without a key. Otherwise a good place to stay for those who will be spending most of their time out of the hotel.

At first we were hesitant due to the ratings and price but we went anyway. This place was great very nice neat and clean with nice people. It is perfect for a couple everything you need at a great price. We frequently visit our daughter and her family and we will defiantly be back. Thank you

“Clean, comfortable place and easy on the budget”

We stayed for two nights recently during a visit with our daughter who attends WSU. Since our younger daughter was staying overnight with her sister to get a taste of college life, we booked a room with a single, queen-sized bed. The room itself was comfortable and very clean, if not spacious. Besides the bed there was one, rather too tall, round table, a reclining chair and a straight-backed chair at the desk located at the foot of the bed. Both the chair at the desk and the recliner were too short for the table - which reminded me of those stand-up tables found in bars or fast-food joints, more than a functional table. Having no chairs that fit the table made it unsuitable for playing cards with four - we ended up playing cards on the bed which worked, but was not very comfortable. We asked for and received a non-smoking room which is located on the second floor of the motel - all of the rooms on that floor are non-smoking and there was no trace of smoky smell in the hallways or public spaces. There are signs that this is a budget motel (cheap plastic cups, small room, older bathroom fixtures) but the bed was comfortable, the carpet was of good quality and the room decor was pleasant, if not luxurious. The staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The room in which the continental breakfast is served is small so arrive early or plan to wait. Overall we had a very nice stay and will definitely stay at this place again.

Average hotel, nothing special. But it is directly across the street from U of I and conveniently close to the little mall in town. I would stay there again!

“Great for the price, but wireless connection is unreliable”

I liked everything about this hotel except the wireless connection, which was intermittent. This was a problem for me as I had planned to do some work from my room. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, convenient, and clean. The staff was friendly, and as helpful as they could be.

“OK depending on your needs”

I really could have used a mini fridge. That was the only thing missing, but it was a big miss. Add the fridge and I would recommend this hotel.
