“Facility fine, staff very inflexible”

This is a very modern, cold, angular, grey and black hotel. Clean and functional. However I reserved two nights and had to check out early the next morning. They refused to refund my second day payment. Expedia even called to see if they would return my unused night's payment and they refused

THE HOTEL IS NICE AND THE CITY IS SMALL TOWN BUT VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN THE RESTAURANT AND THE STORES

i would compare to any 4 star in many cities...very nice. and if you are planning a conference it is fully equipped with adjoining conference centre.

I read all the reviews which includes hotel rates and complaints lack of parking in old Quebec and if the hotel had parking it was $16-$18 per day. This Hotel is in Levis. 3 minutes from the Ferry. $3 parking if you go in the morning if you do not wish to use the free hotel shuttle Thurs - Sunday to and from the ferry. The Hotel is very new. It felt like we were the first ones to stay in the room. We were on the top floor (10th). Corner room so we had two complete walls of windows. Huge bathroom,6' tub with seaprate stand up tiled rain forest shower built for two, fridge & microwave in its own area. A desk, dinnette table four chairs, king size bed, pull out sofa bed, two other comfortable chairs. The small pool with two built in hot tubs is a great way to unwind after walking old Quebec. Great restaurant next door.
