Clean hotel, Free parking, Quite surroundings. Best part is that its that we got to take the ferry to old Quebec which was amazing experience.

Excellent hotel close to highwayPosted 6-Sep-2014
Beautiful hotel rooms, exercise room pool. Staff was great, converted from French to English with no issue. Gave multiple options for dinner. Would go back for sure.

Scary experiencePosted 2-Sep-2014
Decorations creeped us out. The closet location seemed as if it was in a position to hide something.

Great hotel, just not for usPosted 21-Aug-2014
We booked this hotel in a pinch, based on its location, knowing that the brand didn't align well with our needs (family on vacation). But in that context, the hotel was fine. Great decor, nice staff, clean room. The only drawback was the parking situation: our choices were either to park in a muddy, unpaved outdoor lot for free, or pay $12 to park under the hotel. We grudgingly opted for the latter.

CLOSE TO QUÉBEC CITY USING THE FERRYPosted 18-Aug-2014
Cons: QUALITY AND SIZE OF BATHROOM TOWELS. DESIGN OF THE BATHROOM IS VERY POOR FOR A NEW HOTEL.
Location: YOU HAVE ACCESS TO HISTORICAL SITES LIKE MR ALPHONSE DESJARDINS FUNDER OF CAISSE POP.,MUSEUM DAVIE SHIP, AND MORE.
WE REQUIRED A QUIET PLACE AND CLOSE TO OUR FAMILY REUNION FOR 2 NIGTHS. PRICE WAS HIGH BUT IT IS PART OF THE GAME HIGH SEASON AND A LOT OF DEMAND

Stopover point to/from the MaritimesPosted 11-Aug-2014
Pros: - location - hot tub - shuttle to ferry
Cons: - room conditions
Location: - close to highway - complimentary shuttle to ferry
This hotel has several things going for it: The location of this hotel is great if you are driving from Ontario to the Maritimes. It's approximately half way and close to the highway. The spacious hot tub is welcome after several hours of driving. The shuttle bus to the Levis port where you can get a ferry over to old Quebec city without the hassle of driving/parking is definitely a nice feature. The rooms are clean. Our family has stayed here a few time on such trips. However, this time I noticed that the finishes within the rooms are looking a bit worn - dinged woodwork, hooks falling off walls, etc. A mini-fridge would also be a welcome addition. There are definitley less expensive places to stay in the near vicinity. For the price we paid, I expect better upkeep.

Not recommended for families.Posted 6-Aug-2014
I booked this hotel based on Expedia room description. We arrived with our 2 young kids to find no fridge, no microwave available (although we requested while booking). The room is so tiny and lacks the basics: no coffee table, no extra chair to sit on. We had to eat on the floor to have a surface for our plates. The bathroom is also very tiny (tiny sink and bathtub). The overall room design is not comfortable at all. I do not recommend this hotel for family travel.
