location is a bit far to downtown-15 min .but its a clean and new hotel.plus u dont need to pay for parking and breakfast.

Loved our stay with the kids in this location. The area is beautiful, restaurants are plentiful. The hotel room was bigger then expected, staff was very friendly, breakfast was well done. Nothing to complain about.

Jacuzzi was not working and front desk staff was not aware and did not have a solution to the problem.

Friendly service, very accomodating when I needed to leave musical instruments after check-out for later pick-up. Enjoyed free breakfast. However, breakfast area too crowded and not well laid out. Enjoyed pool and hot tub and not too strict after hours
“Decent place to spend the night”
A recently built hotel, the Comfort Inn and Suites St. Nicholas has all of the modern amenities - Internet access, flat screen TV, indoor heated pool w/ jacuzzi. It is a reasonably-priced, decent place to spend a night,located near enough to historic Quebec City, (about its only claim to fame location-wise). My only complaint was the (included)continental breakfast which was a little sparse on selection and totally overcrowded.

Very good service and nice location.

Newly built property in suburbs, so very nice, clean and quiet. Our rooms are very nice with flat screen TV and ameneties. Microware and Refrigerator were also there. Good breakfast. Free parking. Lot of restuarants nearby where you can order from. Good location for visiting Quebec City (20min drive).
