“Very comfortable and clean.”

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Price is good, overall cleanliness and comfort is good. About 5 minutes away from the ferry which brings you directly into Old Quebec. Close to Hwy 20. Overall a great place to stay.

“Good for travellers stopping for a night!!!!!”

Nice and close to the highway, good for 1 night, wouldn't stay there for a long stay. Not much to do around to keep the kids occupied. Good variety of restaurants and shopping. Beds were extremelly hard in our room, sore back in the morning

“If you have to it's ok”

I would recommend this to others if there isn't much else around. We had gross hairs left in the shower and the room looked like it just got a quick once over. The location is great right off the highway and just over the highway is everything you need. There is a 24h restaurant across the road but the pizza was gross cant speak for anything else. The back door would open with our card and the staff did nothing about it, they said is was because of the cold but I watched two other people get in without any problems. I dont think you should have to sit there with the card making love to the slot and having it not work.

“Just the basics”

This hotel is quite out of date with few amenities. It was clean, although worn, and worked fine for our sightseeing trip. The staff was friendly enough, but there were a few minor things that didn't earn them the highest marks. For instance, when we checked in, we asked if there was an entrance closer to our room that we should use, but the front desk person said that we should go through the lobby. We toted all of our things only to find out there was an entrance right next to the stairwell to our room. They only keyed our keys for one night even though we were there for two nights. When we needed more towels because we had three people, we had to go down to the lobby for them ourselves.

“So...So...”

This motel is located suburb of Quebec City. Not so far Not so close...30 min by your vehicle from Frontenac Hotel.Anyway...The motel is clean except the floor carpet and everything is OK when I compared with the other motel near Quebec.

“Just a bed”

Hotel was not what we remembered of the Comfort Inn chain. Old TV with remote that didn't work. Exchanged at registration desk but still did not work. Water bottle in room had price tag on it. More than one bag of coffee used in a day/night means an extra charge on bill. Decaffeinated coffee empty at breakfast - smile and shrug when mentioned. At check-out, kept waiting after greeting by answering call that was a lengthy information/booking call - when finally back, check-out took 10 seconds. Staff pleasant but very young. Hotel in middle of nowhere but good family restaurant across street and gas station. If you only want a comfortable bed while heading east, that's what all you receive. Won't stay there again.
