“Un hôtel qui, en corrigeant ses erreurs, peut devenir un très bon hôtel”

Séjour qui s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. Cependant, quelques points négatifs (inexplicables étant donné le prix payé !) : - restaurant fermé le soir - pas de room service alors que la réception nous avait affirmé le contraire - température de l'eau de la douche italienne qui fluctuait (chaude puis froide sans raison apparente) - une seule paire de chaussons (alors que nous étions deux)

“Paris”

A comfortable hotel that is situated in a business district a fair way out of Paris however the metro station is very close by as are a wide variety of restaurants. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Two computers with internet access are available for use. The staff at the front desk were courteous but unfriendly and the staff in the breakfast room, overworked and disorganised - replenishment of the buffet was slow and there was a shortage of spoons and side-plates on two consecutive days. The state of the ladies toilets on the ground floor at 8am on the morning after a wedding reception had been held in the hotel the night before was unbelievable and demonstrated that there was a severe shortage of management and cleaning staff on duty!
