Sub par hotel. Bit run down.

It wasn't worth the 120$ I got charged. Room was okay, building was old. Not your typical "sandman" hotel. Heater did not work in my room as well. Staff was great. Just the hotel needed updating to be up to par.

Price not worth.

Pros: Front desk agent is helpful.
Cons: Linens and beddings.
Location: Location is great.
Price is not worth. Bed sheets are dry. Create static, can't even use them. Beds are not comfortable!

An older hotel but clean and comfortable.

Pros: We found the staff friendly, the elevator was very fast. The rooms were great, beds solid, flatscreen TV, a fridge, coffee, microwave and WiFi.
Cons: The hotel is a bid dated, Especially the entrance/lobby. No real comforts here. Only two chairs to sit on. Coffee, fruit and newspaper are free.
Location: The hotel is on Mayor McGrath drive which has all the restaurants and stores one needs. Denny's is attached to the Hotel and a bar is off the lobby.
My wife and I stayed here for two nights when the temperature at night was -29 Celsius. It is close to all amenities that Lethbridge has to offer not far from the Yellowhead Hightway -the main east/west corridor thru town with connections to Calgary and the USA. The rooms were warm, Bathroom modern, and very quiet.

Nice room, good price.

The room was a little nicer than I expected it to be..was pleasantly surprised with our choice of hotels. We chose the Sandman in Lethbridge because it was a better price than the other ones we checked. I definitely would stay again!

Freindly staff, but hotel could use updating!

Posted 1-Feb-2014
Pros: The location, easy to get to.
Cons: The bathroom in the room.
Location: A great restaurant across the street, the fireside, great food at a reasonable price.
The hotel is really starting to show its age; the rooms are in need of updates, especially with lighting, and the bathrooms need major renovations. The hotel is still not bad, but for the price there are alternatives in the area.

Pros: Dennys attached was handy & offered decent food & good service.
Cons: Shampoo carpets on pet floors. Hem shower curtains in bathrooms where a vent was installed after the fact.
Location: Nice proximity to arenas.
Strong smell of pet urine in lobby & near elevator on 5th floor. Also same smell in hospitality room. We had to leave window open to spend any time there. Shower curtain was too long...difficult not to step on it during shower. Can't be sanitary. For these reasons I would not go back or recommend to others.
