Easy access to major highways and most of New England. However, surrounding towns seem economically depressed. The local roads are convoluted, crowded, and potholes everywhere.

In regards to breakfast offerings, unfortunately DoubleTree is not one of the Hilton Brands that offers a complimentary breakfast, however we appreciate your feedback.

I asked for connecting rooms and my door was broken. I had a leak in my bathroom in tue shower. The complimentary waters were open and drank from they were half full.

We asked for a roll out bed as advertised that it would cost an extra $10 per bed/person and we were told there was none. We had to sign up for pool time and our room keys were not able to open the doors, the staff had to let you in. When we asked for towels to be brought to our room they didnt show up and the same happened when we asked for blankets. The bar is great, staff overall are friendly although too busy to help and the hotel is clean. The elevators are a nightmore though! You wait 3-5 mins at a time to get on.

Price couldnt pay in cash. Got put in a handicap room which i personally think should of been saved for such a person. Light in the pool falling out

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback on your recent stay. While we do accept cash payment at check out, our hotel policy requires a valid credit or debit card be provided at check in. In regards to the handicap accessible room, when we receive a reservation for one of those room types we always reserve the room as indicated in the reservation. I apologize if you were looking for a standard room instead of one of our handicap accessible ones. Thank you for bringing the light in the pool to our attention, we will be sure to have our maintenance team take a look at that and make any repairs needed.

Here for a weekend-long tournament at Game On in Fitchburg. The property itself was very nice, as was the staff that we dealt with at check in and check out. The bed was ridiculously comfortable but the bathroom was on the smaller side, water pressure was awful and the water temp was lukewarm at best. Very thin walls and door - could hear everyone walking past our room (they were not quiet). We will stay here again if we are in the area.

For the price you pay it was not worth it. The beds are so uncomfortable and the pool was nasty.

Our pool did see a lot of activity during your stay during school vacation week, and although the chemical readings were normal, we did opt to close it for a couple of hours to thoroughly clean it to get it back to sparkling! My family and I stayed here just for a weekend getaway. The staff was nice and everything was well organized. The only thing we noticed was that upon arrival in our room, the bed sheets didn't look too clean. We noticed small stains on them. Also the next day, we didn't receive any housekeeping service. They said rhey would come back but they didn't. We went out and when came back, the room was still undone. Overall we had a good stay and we also got free warm tasty cookies. The kids really love them!

We offer Hilton's "Quick Stay" housekeeping service daily with full clean every fourth day, however we can provide a full clean daily if requested at the desk. Everything was good, except the pool. The pool walls at the Doubletree Hilton Leomister needs to get fix. It is very unsafe. The wall pool has a rough pool plaster that cause me big scratches on one of my foot when I was swimming. In a normal pool it will only cause a little bruise but not scratches to the skin that cause a little bit of bleeding. I was not the only one hurt. I saw blood from a 10 year old girl foot that also got a big scratch from the pool walls and pool floor. The pool needs maintenance in the pool plaster.

Birthday StayCation!
My partner and our 13 year old stayed at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Leominster and loved all parts of our stay from the smooth check-in with a warm cookie to the clearly articulated norms for the pool and breakfast. It was my kiddo's first ever hotel stay and he rated it a "10 out of 10!" Thanks for the wonderful breakfast, the high quality service and all of the joy your attention to quality customer service brought to our stay!

The snacks store in lobby & on-site restaurant were good - enjoyed hbo & wifi - also 'walk in' shower was very convenient .... In the morning we were disturbed by the housekeeper who was going down the hall banging on doors & loudly yelling out 'housekeeping'. we had not requested service-& being woken up was very annoying!
