The check in process started with confusion. The initial desk cleck did not know how to check me in. Gave me paper to complete with license plate and home address. The next cleck was easy and simple. Front door was lock when i arrived at 6pm. Kid of strange!!!

The room had no cups. We had to borrow some from another room. We had no large towels and the small ones we had were horrible. They would not dry you. The light over the sink wouldn’t work properly and even though it was reported, it wasn’t fixed.

Worst hotel stay ever
The people running this place were not there at check in had a note on the window to come back at 3 you have to go get your own towels and coffee each day and when you come to check out they don’t want to give you check out papers they hand write you a reciept and the lady is so rude she mumbles curse words at you and then lies and say they gave you a reciept the day before you check out one of my friends had a room there to her room was infested with bed bugs then they swapped her room and the light was catching on fire just glad she woke up then our other friends had a reservation and when they got there they turned them away and said they had canceled their room which they did not I think they did not want them there because of their skin color they were not white cause there was 6 rooms left empty that night never again will I stay at this hotel you could not even use the dressers cause they had old food and candy stuck in the draws never ever again

The woman when I checked in was rude. The room was disgusting and there was mold in the bathroom. I would not recommend for anyone. I wouldn’t let my dogs stay there.

They do not serve breakfast. They keep the doors locked all the time and you have to do all your business through a small window. I had paid for the room when I reserved it online. When my sister checked in, they charged her again for the room and at a higher rate than I had paid online. I had to go to the hotel and get the charges reversed on her card. This was during a stressful time. My sister had just passed away and we were trying to get a lot of business taken care of.

Not as the web site describes
The web site for this Inn is very much outdated. This Inn does NOT have an open lobby, they have the door locked, and only have access through the night window. Which definitely did NOT exude a vibe of "welcome" in the least. In fact, since I checked out earlier than anticipated, I wanted to leave the key card at the office. I had to ring the bell, and got the feeling that I was disturbing them. The phone in my room did NOT work (no dial tone). I had a cell phone, so I was good. Just letting people know. My room was very clean, so no complaints there. And is was close to where I needed to be. But I believe that if they offer a continental breakfast online, it should be available, and at the very least, if the room has a phone, it should work. If they don't offer phone service, remove the phone. If people use the website in determining where to stay, I believe that it should be up to date and not offer what they don't have.

Lobby door was locked in the middle of the day. Check in and check out had to be done through "night" tiny window. I requested and was placed in a non smoking room. However, pillows reaked of cigarette smoke. Could not use them. No shower curtain on the shower.

It was a good stay for a cheap price. Checked the bed for bugs and didn’t see any. Stayed 4 nights. Only problem was the AC went out but we went and got a fan and it was fine. Didn’t say anything and forgot to when I checked out. Room 130 I think.

Don’t understand English and rude as hell and thie
First off the older lady is RUDE AS HELL! ac would not wirk(tripped breaker) when I arrived toilet was clogged I called lady was rude said wouldn’t move me if she even understood(she neither spoke or understood English well). Room stunk was only 3 rooms rented I know why. When I departed I realized when I got to my destination I had forgotten my glasses on the night stand I called at 7 am of course rude old lady answered all she would say was ok, I mean we are in America and it’s Americas best inn, at least speak enough to communicate. I called later spoke to a female she said I could come look, I stated I’m 2 hours away the old lady said ok to holding them, this lady rudely statwd wasn’t her problem, wow how rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, seems they have issues with Americans, killing these people with kindness was pointless. Thank God I wasn’t dying all she could say was ok! So my thing is what the hell good are prescription glasses to a cleaning lady, I mean geez!

Price was well, But staff especially lady who work there was needs customer service training it might have been to her limited English, Heater was broken the evening staff person did let us move to another room, microwave didn't work in that room, I have stayed before and believe it is not the same management, says there was breakfast but doors locked and could only interact through small window may have been because of COVID but needs to step it up on customer service we went to ask for extra towels because only one inside room the lady was not happy to get us those items

The property had BED BUGS! I woke up being eaten alive by them and had a severe allergic reaction that caused me to need medical attention. I requested a refund and was mocked and yelled at by the host. This property needs to be removed from the listing on Expedia! The hosts are rude and do not care at all about the guests. The rooms smell and are not at all clean!

Hands down the worst hotel I've stayed at. Most of the lights in the room didn't work and the smoke detector batteries were low so it kept going off. Had to replace batteries and lightbulbs ourselves. Then the heat/air unit didn't work at all. 10/10 don't recommend.

More bang, less buck.
First room had TV issue, mgmt quickly changed rooms. It's not a big city Hilton, but it is the third place I have stayed in the Deridder-Leesville area and the best. The location is not what the online description indicates but the landscaping makes you forget you're in town. One detail I really appreciated was the high visibility when trying to pull out of the hotel.
