The web site for this Inn is very much outdated. This Inn does NOT have an open lobby, they have the door locked, and only have access through the night window. Which definitely did NOT exude a vibe of "welcome" in the least. In fact, since I checked out earlier than anticipated, I wanted to leave the key card at the office. I had to ring the bell, and got the feeling that I was disturbing them. The phone in my room did NOT work (no dial tone). I had a cell phone, so I was good. Just letting people know. My room was very clean, so no complaints there. And is was close to where I needed to be. But I believe that if they offer a continental breakfast online, it should be available, and at the very least, if the room has a phone, it should work. If they don't offer phone service, remove the phone. If people use the website in determining where to stay, I believe that it should be up to date and not offer what they don't have.
