“Excellent place to stay”
Hotel and grounds kept up very well and quiet, staff friendly and helpfull, room clean and bed comfortable, excellent value for the price, and the breakfasts were adequate. Because it is a micro hotel the rooms are on the small side and compact with full seperate bathrooms.

Hotel was clean, Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enought and gave us a start on the day. I would recommend the hotel. I will be staying there again if the need arises.

Check-in was speedy. Room was comfortable and clean. Appearance of the motel is very nice.
“Excellent hotel”
Just down the road (5 minutes) to the Villages- very convenient; very comfy beds, big TV, nice shower pressure; staff was very nice and there were even cookies one night! Breakfast was fine (cereal, muffins, pastries, juice and coffee), but the coffee was something less than stellar. That and the strange need to jump lanes of traffic to get to the turnaround if you are going left out of the driveway are my only negative points. I will definatly stay here next time I'm down for a visit! GREAT deal for the money, and an all around great hotel.

“Good place to land for a night's rest”
Hotel was clean and quiet. Neighboring restaurant was fantastic!! pool was small, but functional for kids to play in for one night. Overall, I would definitely return if I was in the area.
“Great place, and very reasonably priced”
Very nice place. It was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and courteous. The free included breakfast, consisted of an assortment of bagels, a toaster to heat them, muffins, three types of cold cereal, make it yourself hot cereal, coffee and juice. The price was just fantastic! If I were in the area again, I would stay here.

“Decent deal”
A couple of missed room services because we weren't out of the room when they came by. They didn't come back. The desk staff were great. Especially the night staff the first night who knew immediately who we were and made us feel very comfortable. We had a small refrigator and microwave but another party in our group back for a funeral didn't and paid more. Close to the Villages and other things. Bkfst was standard complimentary.....no big deal. One night we had a loud couple next door carrying on an argument for hours or they were deaf and needed to yell. Really highlighted the thin walls. For the price via expedia....it was a good deal and I'd go back.
