THe hotel has beautiful surroundings, friendly reception staff. With a car the location is central, but you can't walk anywhere.

The hotel room was fine and clean, the washrooms a bit tired but overall the room was fine. If you want a non- smoking room watch out for the second floor at the back, as you are near the smoking rooms and can smell the smoke as you walk down the hall, however the room did not smell of smoke. If you are not fussy about your food choices breakfast left much to be desired but was not really bad. The unfortunate part is this hotel is a bit isolated and you are unable to walk to an alternative location for food. What I would say though is that this hotel will shuttle you to and from the airport, downtown Leesburg and the outlet mall which is a real bonus. The front desk staff and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. Beware they have a banquet facility here and often hold weddings and such and as a result may find that there is excess noise from the festivities from the music and guests celebrating in the halls late at night. If you don't mind this then you should be ok. Very close to town and outlet shopping but hotel is isolated near a highway with no sidewalks to walk to anything if you wanted to walk, but the shuttle service is great.
