The building is older..could use some updates..walls in bathroom need repainted..sink drain knob didnt work. The hotel puts local people up who need temporary housing.An older couple in the room next door had their tv on loud all night long..and from 6 a.m. in the morning the next day. However on the plus side..the rooms are clean and roomy with tv, refrig, microwave, desk and couch. And staff is great. Plus there are three restaurants within walking distance. Parking at the hotel is free.

Rooms were clean but showing age. Chipped bath tiles etc. Water pressure and flow were frustrating. Free breakfast was bagels, Fruit Loops, toast or mini muffins. Still more affordable than other places in the area.

Reasonable hotel in Lancaster area
Location was good. Easy access. Stuff were friendly. Room was clean. Thin walls. I heard every noises from neighbors. Toilet seat was broken. Overall, ok place. Mexican restaurant next to the hotel was amazing

Budget friendly, but rooms are in need of updating. Rooms are clean, staff does a great job, but it smelled like cigarette smoke and Lysol. It's supposed to be a non-smoking facility, but there was a definite dirty ashtray odor to it. The woman that checked us out was super nice.

Walls are paper thin. Could hear people in other rooms way to easily. Refrigerator rattled (I unplugged it). Clock radio not plugged in, but there's not plug behind the dresser where the wire went to anyway (had to plug into lamp and reset the clock). Room lighting is poor. Main lights (switch at door) are dingy (may be brighter bulbs?). Lights around mirror outside the bathroom are very dim, don't know how you'd shave there. No paper or pen for notes, as for a phone call or upcoming to do's (frustrating). Nice for a cheap rate, but not a room I'd want to spend time in.

We stayed 3 nights for a lacrosse tournament. We decided to go with a cheap hotel option. So we got what we paid for. Walls are paper thin so you can hear neighbors. Lighting is bad in room. Bathroom was old and gross. Furniture and comforter were stained. Won’t go cheap again.

The location is under some renovations so it has areas that are great and others that are not so. My only complaints would be that the floors could have been cleaner and the price felt too high for what it is.

Need to update stuff and clean better u see dirt on shower 🚿 walls and cobwebs on lights long , had two kill few bugs and towels look dirty very old pillow that where small have the pillow case , housekeeper didn’t speak English so hard to get them to clean or get stuff from

They don’t clean anything but the floor
The first thing my girlfriend said when we walked in was “Is that blood splatter on the wall?” Upon further investigation it looked like eother blood or fecal matter

The rooms are not as listed, very outdated and rough! The noise in the next room was as if we were in the same room. The table in between the beds were storage area for marijuana, never cleaned in between stays. The beds weren’t to awfully bad, they were clean. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not!

this is a low budget hotel. It's a little long in the tooth with a really weird floor plan, but the room itself was clean enough, especially at the price point. I would recommend it compared to the other offerings in the area.

The room was big, surprisingly so for the rate. But unfortunately that’s where the pluses end. The sheets were stained, tissue box was empty and also a half-used roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom. And the room in general was not well-kept: furniture was damaged and peeling, closet rod was loose (could see where it had been moved multiple times); shower didn’t look that clean, etc. The hallways smelled strongly of weed, and the atmosphere was a bit noisy, even past midnight. The breakfast was very disappointing. The hotel boasted a continental breakfast, yet all it contained was: a handful of half-brown bananas; two types of ‘bran/oat-flake’ cereals; store-bought icing sugar cookies and cupcakes; some slices of bread for toast. That’s it, not much of a selection at all. Very, very bare bones and very minimal, so I did not eat breakfast (only a small cup of orange juice). Overall I was extremely disappointed in my stay. Luckily I was only there for one night; and again, the room was big, but that is literally the only positive thing about my stay. Hopefully management will see this and make some much needed changes.

Great motel at a great price
This is my go to motel when saying in the Lebanon area. Once a year typically, year after year, for Cabin Fever Expo. Great people, clean, quiet, convenient, just a good basic motel at a great price.

First of all, the elevator did not work. Thankfully, I could navigate the stairs. The bathroom sink drain did not function properly. The paint was peeling above the shower. The TV did not maintain a constant connection.

Bugs in the woodwork
I was in the room for well over an hour till I seen the first bug (long body & long antenna, cockroack probably) after I took a picture to show the front desk, I killed it & was about to walk the smooshed bug to the lobby when 2 more bugs seemed to appear out of the woodwork. I took another picture & left my daughter stand guard. There was also multiple dead bugs around the carpet/floor trim. The front desk guy was helpful, but seemed like this was a nightly occurrence. He offerred to switch us to another room & gave 20% off. I said I would need to check the other room before I made the decision. The 2nd room had hardwood floors & no sign of bugs the remainder of our stay. Except for the pubic hairs left in the tub, toothpick under the sink & food left in the fridge.

Bed spread had a large hole in the center. Sheets had some suspicious stains. A lot of mold in the shower.was ok for a short stay. Did not notice these things when I checked in ast it was late and I was tired. Very noticable next morning.
