“Ideal family stopover.”

This hotel is an ideal stopover for the family on route to South of France. Could not fault this hotel for value for money, service and cleanliness. Would not hesitate to recommend.

“worth searching for”

You can see it fro, A71, but it is still hard to find without a gps; I had to stop at another hotel to ask directions. But once you are there, it is quiet, spacious, and has good food.

“Out of town location”

This was a typical Novatel Hotel with an excellent restaurant. No complains apart from the usual complaint about french hotel - the breakfasts are expensive. This hotel is in quite a remote location but this was not a negative as far as we were concerned. Would recommend.

Ce type d'hôtel privilégie les familles ( 2 enfants gratuits y compris petit déjeuner )^par contre rien pour les couples (retraités ) prix de la chambre auquel il faut ajouter le prix du petit déjeuner ( assez élevé à mon gout ), + le diner Peut-être une idée à creuser pour attirer plus régulièrement et fidéliser ce type de clientèle, nous nous déplaçons régulièrement et c'est vrai que le prix et les prestations offertes ont de plus en plus d'importance

“Good travel stop”

Good hotel - needs room modernisation but apart from that it's very convenient for a travel stop over. Good for family rooms. Need better TV system like other Novotels.

“Novotel - always consistent”

You know where you are with Novotel; it's a shame our SatNav didn't. I don't know where the fault lies, but the directions were wildly inaccurate and we wasted a frustrating hour searching for the hotel. Restaurant was pricey, probably because there aren't many alternatives close by. Breakfast was excellent. Staff, as always, beautifully mannered.

This hotel really looked lovely. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioning very welcomed. Meals let the hotel down. Dinner was very average and service was poor with one member of staff disappearing after we asked for something and she never reappeared. My wife ordered a kir royale and had to point out that this was not the drink that was brought by the waiter. Breakfast was meagre and in my opinion overpriced for the food that was displayed for this meal.

“Welcome respite during a very wet journey”

We were travelling back to the UK from the South of France in very wet weather and received a very warm welcome at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful and even allowed us to park our motorbike under the front entrance portico out of the rain. Our room was very large, extremely clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was very good too.

We stayed one night intending to break our journey north, we decided to avoid the weather in England and stay in France a few more days. The first room was fine, usual Novotel room. We had to move rooms for the extra nights, this was into a four person family room (the grandparents had to go back). The outside temperature was hot ( this is why we chose an air conditioned hotel). The second night was hot and uncomfortable but not unbearable. I asked during the day if it was possible to adjust the temperature in the room as it was rather hot. I was told not a probelm. Later our room was hotter, asked again same young lady & was told it is very hot outside today, but she will try. We all had showers before bed and at 11.00 the children were still awake, I had to keep spraying them with magicool. They were still bright pink. By 12.00 my husband was standing against the wall to cool off and i had another shower this was ridiculous. I went downstairs and told the night receptionist that we couldnt sleep because it was too hot. He instantly gave us another room. Moved rooms at 12.30 this one was cool as soon as i put the children in bed they curled up and went to sleep. I should have insisted someone come up to the room, and in future I will be far more persistent. But I was on holiday! Oh and it was on the 3rd floor and 28 degrees outside opening the window made it noisy and much worse.
