Booked the jetted tub room. The tub did not work. The staff did not want to issue a refund or let us choose another room because we booked thru Expedia. Staff was very condescending, and was unwilling to help with the situation. Will never stay here again. Bed was hard and lumpy, towels had stains as well. Was not happy with stay.

The room and property had potential- nice jacuzzi, double shower heads and big room but we walked in blown away with cigarette smell. It reeked and opening windows didn’t help. If I had known it was a smoker room I definitely wouldn’t have booked. The room was cleanish but it needed a good scrub (the shower glass had so much grime build up). There was no plug for the jacuzzi drain and the jets didn’t work- just made a loud noise. $40 cash deposit at check in therefore forcing you to pay atm fees. Only one key, no soap or extras. With some overhaul it could be really nice but they obviously don’t care.
