“Impressed and will definitely go back”
Vdara has convenient access to Bellagio and the Bellagio/Aria/Monte Carlo tram (the tram is free!). We really like the fact that Vdara is smoke free and non-gaming, thus we can enjoy the quietness in the heart of Vegas. Yet, it's still close to all the excitement on the Strip. The room is clean and spacious. Upon arrival, we called house keeping and asked for a pot for boiling hot water for our tea and it was brought to us promptly. Our room has a partial view of the Bellagio fountain which was great.
“not impressed”
spent 4 nights at the vdara and it wasnt our type of hotel. long walking distance to anything, etc but it was not dirty and the staff was very friendly.
“Vdara hotel needs work in customer service”
The hotel was nice however, my requests that I had made on my reservation were not met until the 2nd day when I asked. Also when I asked for a wake up call housekeeping came to our door an hour earlier than our wake up call and we were called 3 times. When I mentioned this to the staff hotel on check out they said thats housekeeping and its separate. I would expect an apology as I have paid money to stay at this resort not an excuse. Also the hotel overcharged me in fees!!!!
“Just OK!”
Awkward room layout, kitchenette had no kitchen supplies, bathrooms had no robes, no turn down service, no extra bedding for the pull out sofa, no full service restaurants on sight - minimum $20 cab fare anytime you need to go anywhere. Won't stay again.
“Classy hotel!”
I enjoyed my stay at Vdara, However, I wish I had stayed at a hotel that had better access to the main pedestrian area of the strip. I was also not impressed with paying Resort fees for services that I didn't use. My overall experience at Vdara was very positive. The hotel was classy and sleek. Fabulous!
“Vdara: try it you will not regret it.”
Great Hotel. Smell was amazing. Yes the smell. Very new and modern hotel. Concierge made a mistake by reserving the wrong night for an anniversary diner but all worked out ath the end. Would highly recommend.
“Very pleased with Vdara”
We stayed at Vdara while attending a conference at Bellagio and had 3 rooms and really were happy we stayed there. We were concerned it might be far from Bellagio, but a short tunnel from the hotel led right to the conference area - so it was actually quicker that if we were in a room at Bellagio! The rooms were amazing, clean and modern - small "kitchenette" with refer, cooktop and microwave (no coffee maker though - a dissapointment as the only coffee is at a cafe/store in the lobby that closes at 8pm or thhrough room service which is pricey), dining area, living room / bedroom divided by a wall with 2 large lcd TVs for both sides, and a reallt great bathroom with free-standing tub and a nice shower - wish there were 2 sinks though. No casino which is great, but just a short walk to Aria (3 minutes) or Bellagio. Overall, would definately stay here again over one of the big casinos with regular rooms, and the rate was very good.
“Facility was great but annoyed by security”
Hotel facility and room was really great. We got the room in upper floor and facing towards the Bellagio water show on our request while check-in (without any additional cost) . The bitter part is: we were unnecessarily annoyed by the security of Hotel Vdara early morning (when we were in deep sleep) for 2 consecutive days. First day by knocking our door at 7 am asking us about "did you hear any alarm?" and the second day by phone at 6 am asking us to "turn off the alarm" when we did not set any alarm on either days. Not sure how many people did they wake up before reaching the person who was actually snoozing. so, the wall of hotel is not well insulated for sound and the security person is not smart enough to not disturb everybody.
“Vdara Las Vegas”
The hotel is very conveniently located. Modern and slick design in the rooms. Very spacious, very comfy, and not pretentious. Fully equipped for computer, networking, media, etc. Also has a fridge, a microwave. Easy access to many surrounding hotels, buffets, restaurants, and activities. No casino in the hotel itself, which is fine by me. Great pool. Good food. I'd go back there for sure, and definitely recommend it.
“Beautiful place; with loud Interstate traffic noise”
Beautiful hotel and great service, but the noise level from the highway is loud, as if you were outside at a rest stop. They changed by room twice, but the highway noise is present in all rooms. My room were on the 48th and 34th floors.
