Absolutely unacceptable - and not revealed until check in - that there is an additional 15 dollar fee per day for parking your car. This isn't the Strip nor anything other than the regular hotel parking lot.

Wonderful Stay
Wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. Hotel was very quiet during my whole 5 day stay . Only thing that was negative, was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. They need to invest in soft beds. Overall, everything was a 10 would stay again, if they upgrade there beds.

A comfortable stay
I was surprised that housekeeping installed a shower curtain that didn't reach the tub, making the morning shower a bit tricky. The more significant reason for a four-star rating was the arrival of the waste service to empty the dumpsters outside our windows at 6:00am.

A little too expensive for the quality of the hote
The place wasn't terrible but for what I paid for, the quality of the hotel could have been a little better. It felt rundown and oddly small despite the fact that it was big. It's very difficult to describe. However the staff was nice and my bed was quite comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel before, but now there was dirty bathtub, bath sealers on the bathtub floors. There was broken pullout bed, and stained carpet. I thought at first maybe it was just that room but it was not. The staff place unauthorized fees on my card. Besides lying about hotel policy. Never again!

5 day holiday vacation stay
5 night stay for a holiday trip to Vegas. This hotel was away from the strip which i loved but not so far as to be inconvenient. We used it as a base camp for our visits to area 51, Hoover Dam, Lake Meade and the MOB museum. We loved the location, very convenient to the highways and area seemed very safe. Property was clean, and common areas seemed well kept up. Pool looked great, but it was December weather so we did not use it. Rooms are comfortable, but lacking a full length mirror, and the sitting chair in the room is flimsy and sinks in so much as to be uncomfortable. Bed was great, shower and bathroom good, but my husband did have to pull a nasty hair clog out of the shower drain in order for the water to drain out. Did not anticipate having to request daily housekeeping, and 2 of the days were holidays so no housekeeper available. The included breakfast was nothing fancy, but enough selection to keep you fueled until lunch. Overall, a great stay with very little complaints, and I'd consider booking here again in the future if the need arises.

This is a very nice hotel, convenient to I-215, Green Valley and the airport. The staff, especially Lamar at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. My only complaints were that there was only one mirror in the room so it was hard for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Also the toilets were very low. Not really adult size so hard for older adults.

This was such a disappointment compared to the other location about 10 miles away. I thought I selected the Las Vegas location instead of this very old unclean outdated facility. The breakfast options were limited, a very small tv , no pull out bed, old usb connectors and the horrific list goes on.

Property was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I had a 4-day stay and there was no evidence my room was ever cleaned or received fresh towels, despite a sign in the room stating that towels not re-hung would be replaced. It wasn't a problem for me however, since they had enough towels in the room and I stayed there alone.

Our booking was cancelled the day of our arrival due to a pipe breaking and water damage to our room. The front desk gal was exceptional in that she offered us beverages and chance to sit and call places to stay. She did the same. We booked a place further away than we hoped from our planned activities but it was a great hotel. As we finished all the confirmations with the 2nd hotel, the receptionist actually found a hotel nearby but we had already booked our reservation. The new hotel was twice the price but because we booked through Expedia with hotel booking protection, we should receive the difference back. So, I cannot really evaluate the hotel other than the receptionist was exceptional.
