“never staying at palms place again so far from everything!!!”
We booked a room in the fantasy tower and whenn we checked in we were told we were getting an upgrade to the palms place and ended up getting a room a mile from the casino and worth less then our original room. We also had to pay 80 cover for the two of us to the club this time and we always were given vip passes when we stay at the palms. We called management and since no manager was on duty we were told they would call us back and we didnt recieve a call back instead we had to call again the following day. We used to always stay at the palms when we went to las vegas but we really disappointed this time.
“We will definately be back.”
The Palms Casino was extremely nice and we had a great time our room was really nice. If you ever come to Las Vegas. NV make sure you stop by.
“Great Place to Stay in LV”
The rooms were great and the upgrade was awesome!
“Not Impressed with staff”
The room we had at Palms place was very nice and house keeping was great , never was bothered by them and the room was made up when we got in. Check in was slow and so was the check out. We had a very unfortunate situation with the Casino security staff where they actually kicked my girlfriend out of the building because she didn't have ID or a room key because I was holding them and we weren't together. I thought there were many ways the security staff could have handled this better. In the end we ended up leaving half way through our stay and checked in at a different Hotel.

“Investment in Rooms and Towels Needed”
The facilities were great and we loved the spa but the room reminded me of a beautiful motel room. The towels were so rough that they literally gave me a rug burn. The furniture and bathroom fixtures showed that they had been well taken care of but showed their wear; this didn't bother me but the ladies on the trip thought this wasn't very classy. My biggest complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable because the mattresses were well past their prime. My opinion is that any mid-grade 3 star hotel would provide better accommodations minus the spa and casino.
“Trendy and Nice. I will definitely stay at the palms again.”
i stayed at the palms 11/26/2011 thru 11/29/2011. i was attending a bingo tournament across the street at the gold coast . I stayed in the fantasy tower in room 16221. The room was lovely with a great view of the mountains. The jacuzzi tub is massive in the bathroom and the beds were comfortable, I definitely recommends gardunos restaurant in the hotel. it has great mexican food and the bar serves the best pina coladas. Moon nightclub was great and we rocked out all night. This hotel is off the strip butr since this is my 48th trip to vegas in 12 years i definitely know how to get around.
“Pleasantly surprised”
Stayed at The Palms over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a nice sized room with a nice view. The buffet inside had a decent selection for a great price. Would definitely stay here again. If you're fine staying off the strip, this is the place to be at.
“Not what was promissed”
I booked two rooms with king bad, but they gave me two rooms with two queen bad in each room. Is add said free shattel, in fact shattel only 10 am and 5 pm, pool are closed
“Beautiful rooms but the elevators were difficult.”
We were upgraded to the Palm Place. The condo like room was wonderful. There was a full mini kitchen, and the bed and bath were great. It was very modern but still warm and confortable. The biggest complaint was with the elevators. You needed to insert your card to make them go. However, no one gave us adequate instructions when we checked in. So we stood in the elevator waiting for it to go for awhile.
