“Beautiful hotel, one of the best in Vegas”
This hotel is extremely well kept, with friendly service and quality rooms. Whilst it is on the expensive side, it is definitely worth it for a trip to Vegas. The location was also great.
“Las Vegas Best Hotel”
My Husband and I recently stayed at the Palazzo Resort Hotel and we give this hotel a 5 out of 5. Everything was wonderful, our room was beautiful and spacious as well as very quiet. The hotel staff was so polite and helpful and the casino was lovely. We recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is very good as well. You are across from the fashion mall which is great to pick up things you may have forgotten or to get you liquor or wine at a reasonable price. The Walgreen store just outside of the hotel is wonderful as well. We can't wait to go back!!
“awesome room and great staff”

“Amazing Hotel”

“First time in vegas will definitely go back”

“Would have a hard time staying anywhere else”
Our first trip to Vegas (wife's birthday), but we definitely picked the right hotel! Booked on Expedia a month before our trip. Initially reserved another hotel on opposite end of strip, but after reading more reviews, decided 2 weeks later to change hotels and stay at the Palazzo. Expedia handled this change with no problem! Arrived on Thurs at 10pm and check-in was a breeze. I had read so many hotel reviews about a bad check-in experience at Vegas hotels, but we had no wait and the front desk guy was so friendly. Our room on the 41st floor was absolutely awesome! We loved the huge bathroom, comfy bed, view of mountains and treasure island and pool, sunken living room with sectional sofa, 3 flat screens, and of course the remote control curtains! Room Service for breakfast one morning: great pancakes and waffles, professional and very friendly staff. Housekeeping: they were just so friendly. They do like to come early, but 3 mornings we asked them to come back later around 3 when we were at pool and they were great about it! Pool: again, the staff made it so enjoyable. Towel boy showed us around our 1st day. We chose small pool close to the music. We loved it! Party atmosphere but not so loud you couldn't talk. We took a drink down with us, but we also bought several $10 frozen drinks from the friendly girl working the pool! Casino: didn't gamble much there, but nice. Shopping: Awesome! Summary: Great hotel with very friendly staff!!!
“The Palazzo...un vrai Palace”
Très bel hotel, très bon acceuil, très belle chambre, très bien sécurisé, nombreux jeux au Casino et croupiers très sympas
“Beautiful hotel”
Great room, bed and overall facilities. Room was reasonably priced, food was less so. Many restaurants and stores to eat and shop at. We didn't get to the spa or exercise area, but I assume they're gorgeous too. I'm not a Las Vegas fan, but this experience made it more likely I would go again.
“Great location - great hotel”
Top end of the strip and just far enough away from the crowds to make it perfect but fantastically placed for the fashionshow mall. 2 nights of great fun and will definitely return to this hotel
“Very Nice”
Hotel is still new, only complaint is that the ice machines didn't work on two days.
