Chambre king size avec réservation sur hôtel.com.On nous annonce a l arrivée qu il y a plus de king size donc que l on nous a affecté sans supplément une chambre avec deux lits Queen size. Étant en couple avec ma compagne nous voulons absolument un king size .je paye 75 € de supplément pour obtenir une suite avec un king size... Si la chambre est très spacieuse je demeure déçu par les finitions..seules les deux TV sont neuves mais il a fallu l intervention d un technicien très sympathique au demeurant pendant 20 mm pour avoir du son. Le cadre du lit est vieux et abîmé la douche avec avec siège handicapé est kitsch ... Mais alors ce que j ai trouvé inadmissible c est que nous n ayons pas de drap entre la couette et notre peau.( Un seul drap sur le dessus du lit )Le lendemain on nous explique que la société de laverie a eu un incendie et qu il n y avait pas assez de draps.. pour un hôtel du groupe Ceasar je crois rêver..!! Sinon le personnel est très gentil, l hôtel est très bien placé et a un tarif raisonnable pour le strip de Vegas. Le personnel du casino est sympathique et un petit plus nous avons pu profiter du parking jus qu au lendemain a 16 h. Cet hôtel mérite un peu plus de rénovation que des TV neuves ...le séjour reste mitigé

It is sooo loud due to the club , really young people vibe, If you wanna party at Vegas maybe that’s the right place for you If you wanna play , see the pool do shopping …skip skip and I repeat skip Personal is really polite , they’re clearly understaff so the room are not super clean I would say, they do not pass everyday to clean the room, came in 2016 and everything was so different and better , got told the hotel changed his owner We’ll , things were left behind

C est un établissement à taille humaine par rapport aux autres sur le strip. Tout s est très bien passé avec un personnel aux petits soins, une vue sur les fontaines du Bellagio géniale et il est situé un plein milieu du strip. L'accès aux piscines du Flamingo se fait très facilement et rapidement. Je reviendrai sans hésiter au Cromwell Hôtel Las Vegas.

Très bon hôtel, emplacement idéal en plein cœur du strip. Je n'avais jamais vu un hôtel avec un parfum aussi agréable. Bien climatisé. Cependant attention : la piscine de l'hôtel est privée. Vous pouvez y aller gratuitement mais pour les transats il faut acheter un minimum de Conso. Il y a des pool party régulièrement les après midi et il fait aussi night club avec des showcases. Des chanteurs de rap US viennent régulièrement. Les chambres sont très bien décorées dans une ambiance intime.

Rooms were not clean. Bed was worn down. Bathroom needed to be upgraded and updated. Felt dirty there. Additionally, I forgot 2 men’s blazers in the wardrobe cabinet and housekeeping claimed they could not locate them, even after calling the same day as check out and multiple times after. Their staff is dishonest and I would not stay there again

The room was nice however I was upset that there was no fridge . It says on line there is a pool but you are only allowed to use it from 12pm to 1pm you have to go to another hotel for a pool . The staff was not the friendliest , we booked a hotel in Jan for a April trip we arrived early at 9am was told we should be able to do an early check in however they never called and then tried to tell us they did not have a room for us at all. We got that squared away after waiting hours. The check in process is very long . The food options are sparse, not open long , and Giadas is only open for brunch on the weekend. We had to go to other hotels for food options. I liked that this was a smaller hotel however some things need to change .

Shane, who worked at valet was very helpful. We had to switch rooms because there was blood on the drapes and then on Saturday they did not clean the room. I thought the place was outdated and needed some touching up.

Room was clean but very dark. Not enough natural light from the small window, and even the lights aren't very bright. Somewhat annoying, but not too big a deal. Hotel quiet and in a good central location but it's inconvenient to have to drag luggage over to the Flamingo to grab a cab to the airport.

I showed up at 430pm, they said they didn't have the room I booked ready yet, so if I wanted to check in I would have to pay $40 to upgrade. After waiting about 30 mins I was told I could check in if I switched from a 1 bed to a 2 bed room, so I did that. When I got to the room the door was so damaged that it wouldn't close.

Poorly staffed….we felt nickel & dimed for everything…was very difficult to find anyone to answer simple questions….no ice on any floor…..only one person working the ‘Eatwell’, which backed up to very long lines for just a simple coffee order. Was advised to order online & pickup, and after an hour went to check on order which hadn’t been received….just chaotic all around. We did like that the Casino is nice and quiet if you don’t like busy crowds.

The bathroom sink and shower were backed up. There was black mold in the shower. Room was not cleaned thoroughly, found candy on the floor. Overall, the hotel and rooms are rundown.

King Luxury Room Pros: About middle of the Strip, most everything was within walking distance. Parking garage was easily accessible, and close. Smaller property, which made getting to room quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. Unique room decor and furnishings. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large tv. Cons: Very dirty and dusty, found a XXXL women’s black thong just under the couch full of dust (so it’s been there awhile). Bad lighting in room. Can’t use fridge/mini bar for personal items. Be nice to have bed made and fresh towels daily instead of finding a maid. Room needs some maintenance and updates. All in all, I would stay here again for the convenience and smaller property. The lobby and gaming area is about the perfect size. The parking garage is the one of the better ones for size and location to hotel.

needs major updates! The walls in the room, especially the bathroom were dirty with what appeared to be blood and other items on the walls. The dresser was missing an entire drawer, they didn't even try to cover it. The halls are painted black and the lights are old with a yellow haze, reminds of a scene from the shining. It was fine for the short time we were there but would not stay there again.
