“A great discovery - away from the strip”

I have family in Las Vegas and this was a wonderful place to stay away from the strip for family visits. Very clean and spacious. Close to Target, WalMart and groceries. Friendly staff and shuttle service to the strip. We will use this hotel again.

The accommodations and amenities were fantastic and the staff was friendly. Check-in and Check-out were easy.

“Relaxed atmosphere in between Red Rock Casino and The Strip”

This is the perfect location. We actually own time share here, but we planned a last minute trip and couldn't get our reservation through RCI so we scheduled it on Expedia. We don't even consider staying elsewhere because this place is so clean, friendly staff, and the accomodations are superior. You are furnished with a one or two bedroom apartment. Full kitchen with appliances/utensils, washer/dryer in each unit, shower/garden tub (with lots of towels), dining room, living room, walkin closets in bedrooms. This place is about a 10-15 min. drive to the strip and a great place to take the family. It's about 5-10 minutes from Sumerlin and Red Rock Casino (and other casinos away from the strip). The staff is always so pleasant. They have a computer room, game room, lounge, lobby, pool (very nice), hot tub, fitness center, a ton of lounge chairs and tables poolside and outdoor bbq's and fireplace. This is a gated community and a very safe area. There are a ton of places to eat out, grocery stores nearby to make your own food, shopping (Target, Sears, JCPenney, ETC...) literally around the corner. Near highway access. Takes 15 minutes to get to airport. You won't regret staying here... GREAT FAMILY PLACE! By the way, this is a really relaxed atmosphere. You will find people of all ages, sizes, and status here. Everyone has always been so friendly and are there for the same reason... they want to relax away from the strip in a quiet community with a lot of things to do.

“A Nice Getaway”

The Cliffsat Peach Canyon was an outstanding condominium resort. The living area was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was pleasing to the eye; the pool and barbeque area was delightful. The full kitchen was a plus. Although it was located about 15 minutes from the strip that did not hinder our vacation in Vegas. It was located near all the necessary shopping facilities one might night. And, we found the Orleans (on our way back from the strip) to be a fabulous casino. We have no complaints and would gladly visit again.

“Loved it here”

Great place, very comfortable. It is a little way off of the strip (which is a good thing), so be prepared for some traveling. Could use a few more dishes.

“Peace in crazy Vegas”

Time share quality minus the exorbitant fees. A true home away from home. I will return with my children. The only complaint were the dirty floors and carpet. My bare feet were black from them. All else looked tidy.

“Cliffs at Peace Canyon - Condo Like Comfort”

The Cliffs was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable (full kitchen and laundry included). My kids had a great time in the pool. We will return on our next trip to Vegas.

“A condo for a hotel room price”

This time share is in a brand new section of Las Vegas, walking distance from tons of shopping and nice restaurants. The Las Vegas crowds aren't here yet. The room is a nice condo with a living room/dining room, full kitchen, bathroom and one or two bedrooms with walk-in closets. Nice pool and rec room area. We loved it and we will be back.

“Good value, relaxed , 20 minutes from strip”

Further out than expected, clean, relaxed, helpful, large apartments, good pool area, need car to use. Perfect for pre or post airport travel.

I can't imagine what more you could want! Beautiful views! Friendly hotel staff! Clean comfortable nicely decorated rooms.We had a two bed/two bath-appreciated the seperate living spaces. It was nice cooking breakfast in the kitchenthat overlooked the awesome mountain behind the resort. Best memory: My 25 year old son told me he loved waking up to the smell of breafast! Can't get that in a hotel! Morning on the private balcony overlooking the lovely resort was so peaceful. The pool area was great! Albertson's (close by) has a great fresh seafood department - try a lobster on the pool area grill! Honestly, I know it is hard to know where to stay - I am particular - it was perfect! There were 6 of us from age 23-50 we all agree - we will go back!
