“Delicious stay!”
Comfortable beds, nice working showers with lots of hot water. Clean spacious rooms. Delicious restaurant at wonderful prices. Stay here every month and enjoy our stay more every time. Convenient drive to most parts of the city and airport. Shuttle is wonderful. Not much into gambling but they have a great fun selection of games, a rewarding players club with easy achievable rewards and cheap drinks with wonderful staff. Management is always punctual with solutons to our problems which makes staying here as convenient as some of the larger casinos.
“Hidden Gem”
You can't beat the location (behind the Hard Rock; so, just off the strip) and the price. My room looked like it had new paint and wallpaper and the biggest, wall mounted flat screen TV ever! No resort fees and free shuttle, friendly staff and good food. Save the money you would have spent on a main strip hotel and play it on the tables!
“Nice for the Price”
Off-strip. Courteous and helpful staff, good food at a reasonable price, nice cheap casino, cheap beer prices. I can't complain about anything at Terrible's. Airport shuttle is one of the better things about it. Stay there. Why pay those Strip prices!
“great place to stay!!!”
The only complaint i had was, could not find ice machines.
“dirty”
10 of us have gone every year , all of us were in agreement that the hotel has gone down hill! this was the best hotel in price, food, staff and if you return they donot let you have playercard benifits or give you the time of day .All you have to do is hold you breath look at the floor and say this place is a ...............!
“Traumatized..”
This place lives up to it's name.. Terrible. I wanted to give it a chance only to be let down. My non-smoking room was an ashtray and when I inquired about the cleanliness they assured me it was "non-smoking but someone was probably smoking in it"... Wow, thanks. No option to move just the tough-luck mentality. Yuck. The restaurant was eh. Slow service with yuck food. Overall I really wanted this place to work but the more than overwhelming smoke and mediocre service left me miserable and without accommodations. Thanks Terribles.
“met my needs”
Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, carpets a little dirty, Good price for a place to sleep, met the needs of my stay.
“Greta buy for the dollar - quiet!”
The room was very clean, spacious and quite comfortable. The front dest could use some work - a small thing, but registering, not one 'please' or 'thank you' was heard. A bit surly. Overall however, a great value for the price and a greta location.
“This time was probably the last.”
After travelling since 6:00 A.M. by road and air, we had to wait until approx. 4:00 P.M. to access our room. I am a senior and really had nowhere to rest other than to sit at a slot machine (of course) I found the service and cleanliness has really gone down hill. Restrooms were not kept up. I don't believe I will return. Why are we promised 2:00 P.M. check in time???
“Proof that you get what you pay for”
I didnt have high expectations based on the price I paid, so I wasn't totally shocked at the shabbiness of this place. The room and bathroom was fairly clean and decent but the furniture was old and missing trim and handles on drawers etc... The side exit of the building was inundated with crickets and especially at night you had to keep your feet moving to avoid having them crawl on you while you slide your room key to open the outside door. During our stay we also had several crickets in the room and we were up on the third floor.
