“Comfort without the crowds”
Great place for the price
“Great Shopping Location”
Friendly folks, nice new rooms. They need to include internet, no one continues to charge for this any more.
“Great Stay”
Checked in fast and easy, front desk staff where friendly and answered all my questions. I was surprized at the quality of the room, although a different showerhead would have been nice. I tried the buffet, and I've ate at many of them on the strip, and I think this is by far one of the best. Overall this is a great place to stay, but if you want to see the strip or Fremont street, rent a car.
“Will be back Christmas time 2012”
Henderson Nevada is the perfect place for a little gambling and alot of Christmas shopping! So convenient to have the mall right across the street.....a little shopping and when my feet got a little tired just went right back to the room for a little rest. Will definitely do this trip again next December, only plan on staying an extra day!
“Perfect for my spur of the moment trip”
Great
“What a surprise!”
Given the price range we booked this hotel for, we were expecting to find a rather mediocre property. Not so! Service from check-in through check-out (we stayed 2 nights) was impressive. You couldn't ask for a better location! Right across the street from Galleria Mall and CostCo with Trader Joe's about 5 minutes away... all right off the freeway! Since the purpose of our trip was shopping, it couldn't have suited us better! We ate at Cabo, the Mexican restaurant, for dinner one night and it was fabulous. We had the buffet for breakfast, and honestly I've had much better, but hey! Who can complain for the low price ($4.99)? The room was spacious, clean, and looked like it had been recently remodeled. I had two minor complaints: the bed was a quality mattress but a waterproof pad had been placed on it so it made for a crackling noise every time I moved. Also I had to wait over 5 minutes for hot water to take my shower one morning; however, the next morning the hot water was right there! Go figure. Also, if you don't like super puffy pillows, you might want to bring your own. I have neck problems and i didn't sleep well either night, due to that puffy pillow. Other than these minor issues, I have to say the property is gorgeous and we will be back again and again, whenever we make our shopping runs from Lake Havasu City, AZ, a mere 2 1/2 hours away.
“Great Value”
...more than you would expect for the cost.
“not handicape friendly”
rates sounded good at first but fees are added. 15.00 added for third person but towels were enough for two. 15.00 incidentals fee not mentioned by expedia was added at arrival that included internet for only one computer even after paying for an extra person.I felt misled by value pricing after the final price was almost double what i was planning to pay so be careful you don,t get taken advantage of. My biggest complaint though was they are not a handicap friendly hotel. They don't make you aware, even though I informed them my wife uses a walker, the elevators are a very long walk , or you must use a full set of stairs to get closer.we made a wrong choice taking the stairs so my wife ended up in a lot of pain.We did like the room and casino though.
“A great deal for a family.”
This was a great deal for a family and the extra's for the kids were awesome. A decent place to stay and bring the kids. It was nice because everything we needed was right there. The only negative comment I have is that the commen area's were very smokey; non-smoking room was good.
“Best bet for Off Strip hotel”
Quite a decent hotel - off strip so less expensive and quieter. Food and service were of a good standard. The only issue we had was that there was NO in room coffee maker or kettle - this would have made the stay more enjoyable! As with most hotels, the room only gets a cursory glance for cleaning during the stay if you forget to tip! Sosa, the barman was THE BEST!!!Overall, great hotel.
