This is a new facility. The rooms are roomy and very comfortable and nicely appointed. The styling of the room was fantastic. Kind of a retro-modern styling. The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the location of the room and called the front desk and minutes later the manager was there with a solution to our problem. You cannot beat the price of the room for what you get. Nice big TV. Easy to connect to internet (wired and WiFi). Pros: Great staff. Nice big rooms. Great prices. Cons: The walls between rooms appear to be a bit thin on sound insulation. Location if you want to do things on the LV Strip.

“Modern Elegance... value price!”

I have stayed at many Springhill Suites... and this is their new model... aquas and greens... and blue bubble wallpaper in the lobby. The furniture and decor is modern and my kids thought it was the best hotel they ever stayed at... and we have stayed at some pretty ritzy places on the strip of Las Vegas. There were six of us and the queen mini suite slept us very comfortably. The walls are very thin... so our neighbors who came in around midnight woke us up while they showered and shut doors and such, and the refrigerator in our room would not stay on... but other than that, I was a great hotel at a wonderful price! They have a small indoor pool, but their sister property adjacent to the property has an outdoor pool, so we used that one instead. The indoor one was quite cold. They have a cocktail hour where they serve complimentary beer and wine for adults and soda or juice for the kids and offer a free breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and toast. It was a great value and I would definitely stay there again!

We visit family in the Henderson area and this hotel is a dream for us! Comfortable, easy parking, check-in, highway access and close to our family in Henderson. We were *so* happy that we didn't have to walk through a casino to get to our room! Breakfast in the interesting lobby was a big plus.

Customer service was great! Very clean and new. Lots of room and spacious. Great HOT breakfast in the morning. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel and will look to stay at a Spring Hill Suites again
