Nice staff. Super spa....a great value that just can't last once people find out. Also, it's GREAT that the hotel is away from town. Only complaint....too many kids and the low room rate brought in a mediocre traveler. Great thing wasthe free self park. The lake is right there so there are boats to rent and golf to play. Cheesy casino....but I won.

Great Hotel. You have to buy everything there. which is very expensive. The hotel needs a deli where you could pick up snacks and water. There is not a place to buy wine or any food only 3 restaurants. The Lake is great and the pool is only 4 ft deep.

1-surprise au retour en consultant le compte bancaire: des taxes supplémentaires non inclues dans le prix annoncé par Expédia ont été prélevées, contrairement aux autres établissements réservés par ce même organisme. 2-dommage que les chambres à 2 lits ne soient pas pourvues de lits king size alors que l'espace le permettrait largement. 3-climatisation des parties communes, non réglable par les clients, trop élevée: il fait presque froid dans les salles de restauration...

A beautiful hotel with magnificent grounds and views. Definitely away from the vegas hustle and bustle. Must have a car if you plan to visit the strip. A great place to stay if you plan to visit the Grand Canyon. Doesen't deserve a 5 star rating. Room maintenance is lacking. One lamp would not turn on, the other one smoked when on and the bathroom fan ran 24 hours a days. The first day of our stay, housekeeping never came to make up our room. The staff was otherwise very friendly and accomodating when asked for help.

Very serene setting on the lake but convenient to the strip if you want the gambling and shows. Pool is really nice too. Hotel rooms are big and very clean. The elevator kept acting up (it would get stuck) but never felt like it was a problem during our stay. I recommend it.

Totally a get away retreat. If you want to get away from everybody and everything this is the place to go. Super relaxed. Beautiful hotel easy access to restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the walking distance to get from the parking garage to the room its a walk for sure. There is a few maintenance issues. But front desk service was superb! Food at the village walk is great also. I only wish there was a better service as to activities/events to do in the area. It was like we had to do our own research and asking people... I would definitely stay and visit lake las vegas again!

“Tuscan Escape”

Beautiful hotel with wonderful gardens and views in Lake Las Vegas, NV. The room was inviting and luxurious and had a wonderful balcony view of the garden. The hotel is situated near a small village of shops with excellent restaurants. The Las Vegas strip is only 20 minutes away by car. The staff was very accomodating and tries to make your visit enjoyable.
