The check in line was very long, it took about an hour. However we were upgraded to a suite and the front desk was very polite and friendly and that help turn our stay around real quick. She got us checked in fast and explained everything and it took only about 5-7 minutes. We were in love with the room and how close we were to everything. We normally stay at Westgate but thought we would try here and now we have decided to make this our new home away from home. Thanks so much!

Great location within walking distance of great dining options. Unfortunately the worst customer service at any hotel in Vegas. Upon entering room a light was broken and tub was leaking. Bell hop said he would notify maintenance. Hours later nobody had showed so we called and it was supposed to be “expedited” 1 hour 40 minutes after that we called again and were given the “expedited” line again. I asked to hold for a more specific time and was told they weren’t answering and a manger would call me in 48-72 hours. By which time we would be gone. I demanded another room and was told to go to the person at the end in checkout. I had to wait for two other complainers about room condition/cleanliness issues and I did get another room, but it was filthy and there was a brown loogie and hairs from the previous occupant in the tub. They don’t care about customer service as is evidence by there much complained about charge for early check in. We checked in 6 minutes early and were asked if we wanted to pay for early check in. Read that line again. More evidence that they don’t care about customers is the lengthy walk to pick up ride shares when taxis go to the front door. It is claimed that this is to reduce traffic, but the only way to get out of the facility from the ride share pick up is through the same place the taxis pick you up! It is literally the same traffic as a result. HUGE contrast to Aria, where we stayed before and even Excalibur with great service.
