“Loved It!”
We had a wonderful time. The front desk personnel were friendly and very nice. Our room was georgeous and the jetted tub was awesome. We had a fun time and will definitely come back.
“Nice hotel.”
Overall nice. The kitchen was nice and had a good ice maker. The walk to the Palms Casino is not very far and parking is convienant. Not the best hotel in Las Vegas, but very comfortable.
“will be back!”
The amenities provided by the hotel are excellent! I will definitely recommend the location and I am looking forward to returning.... Great deal also!
“Would stay again”
The hotel was great when you are looking for something comterable and like home. but at the same time close to great nightlife.
“Had a great time! Looking forward to returning!”
My husband and I had a great time! Nice, new, clean & not too far from The strip! Can't wait to go back!
“Great customer service!!!”
The level of customer service at this hotel will bring you back to Vegas!!. If you want to go to a club, gamble or go to a movie, it's all avaiable on site. Whether your 21 or 81 they will take great care of you!!
“Love the room decor”
I am not a big fan of staying off the strip. I have stayed at the Palms and was not really impressed, but the Palms Place is a different feel altogether. I love the room decor. Rooms have a small stove and refrigerator, which really make a difference on an extended stay. They also have dual 42" HDTVs (though I've never found the need for them). The show and tub set-up are great... showers are walking and the tubs are both deep and jetted. The hotel does not have gambling, but it is connected to the Palms which is only a short distance (and most of it on moving walkways) where there is gambling, a food court and a movie theatre. I've been coming to Vegas once or twice a year for some time now and Palms Place is about the only property that is off the strip that I even look at when I am making reservations.
“Wonderful experience”
We loved our stay at the Palms Place hotel. The staff was wonderful and accomodating, and the rooms were immaculate! We didn't leave the hotel and casino area for the first two days because there were such great places to eat and things to occupy us within the Palms. The last two days we spent primarily scoping out the strip. We wished the location of the hotel was a bit closer to the main strip, but transportation was easy to find and relatively affordable. My only complaint is that the hotel pools close really early.
“Palms Place Hotel- Good value”
Other reviews on expedia and yelp were mostly favorable, but many had the hotel as starting to be rundown, the front desk taking to long, there being a LONG wait for the elevator and the rooms as dirty and unkept. I can say that we did not experience ANY of these things that other reviewers had. The rooms were great, clean, no problems. Front desk was great and I don't know what the issue with elevators were (many reviews I saw had this complaint), but we did not have any issues (maybe if your on the top floor there is only 1 elevator, as they are seperated by what floors your going to. But for floors 1-30 there are 4 elevators). Other reviews talk about the balconies being locked and that is correct. But if you know that before you go then that's not an issue. Shower and multiperson tub is great. The only slight issue is the wood floors in the room creek a little, so if your trying to be quite while someone sleps it's a bit tough. But that is a minor issue. I stayed in this GREAT studio room for cheaper than the Excalibur- can't beat that. It is off the strip so if you have your own car or are ok with cab fees this is a great place. Even with cab fares this was still cheaper than all other places I looked at and they are not as nice.
“Studio Paradise”
I loved to stay in this hotel. Impossible to compare. The room is big and spacious. The shower like a dream. The extra restroom super helpful. The only thing that I did not like was the TV connection it kept breaking up on some channels.
