Loved the hotel and the Italian Restaursnt was excellent. Kids lived the arcade and roller coaster and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The water out of the sink smelled badly.
Long line for check in but went quickly. Beds were very comfortable. Could hear the roller coaster slightly. The water smelled coming out of the sink.

Had a wonderful time in a great hotel. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and to stay directly on the strip at lease one trip to Vegas. This was the first time we had stayed directly on the strip. Great experience. Our next trip we would like to stay in the old part of Vegas off Fremont.

Ruined my honeymoon and will never go back.

Pros: Absolutely NOTHING. We would like a refund for our stay, we didn't get to enjoy our honeymoon at all.
Cons: Absolutely EVERYTHING. Make sure rooms work and clean, employee's at front desk are properly trained so they don't give wrong information to customers
Location: Inconvenient, everything was at the other end of the strip and they don't even offer free shuttle service.
First we were not informed that when you put a card down for deposit the fee is doubled for being a debit card, on top of that the information we received via email said the resort fee was 22.50/night and the woman at the counter said it was 67.50/night. So right off the bat we felt ripped off but the woman informed us we could use the $300 deposit we put down as a credit towards room service. Later that night we ordered room service and the person that brought us our food said we were unable to use the card on file for our room to pay because it was a debit card, so once again we felt ripped off and lied to that we had to pay even more. The next day we speak to the manager about the situation and he opened up the $300 to be used. Then we asked about our show tickets that were supposed to be apart of the package and he said that they don't have the tickets and that we were supposed to get an email to book them(we never received an email) so we wanted either a set of tickets or a refund and he said there was nothing he could do because it was 3rd party. He offered to upgrade our room for the problems, we weren't happy but we agreed. Our new room was basically the same(whirlpool tub, bed, bathroom w/shower) just 200 more sq.ft. of space. and a bench. The whirlpool jets didn't even work and there was still candle wax still on the edge from the previous people. This place was disgusting and will never stay here again. Our honeymoon was completely ruined.

Pros: Departure.
On arrival you are hustled by staff it buy cheap theatre tickets. Ushering you aside for their big sell. The aircon in the room gave us all head colds the next morning. Our window looked into the air on units of the roof of the gambling room! Our room keys didn't open door in the morning and security took 30 minutes to arrive as we stood wet from the pool. No apologies from him either. It's cheap for a night. Maybe I'm being spoilt as we've stayed some amazing places this holiday so it fails in comparison. The Starbucks in the newyork took 10 minutes before we ordered. Lol

Pros: It was clean, great location and lots of great things inside. Love the new Hersey Store!
Cons: internet, create places to be that are called hot spots. When we asked the concierge they didn't seem to think there were any places like that
Location: we took in the Zumanity show which was amazing! walked around the near by hotels and took in the scene
Upon arrival at the New York New York everything was wonderful. Staff was helpful and professional. The only complaint I have about the stay was the lack of internet connection within the hotel. Often times we were unable to connect. I find this very disappointing as this was my main way of communication with my kids at home. It is advertised as free internet but not the case. Free but not really working!!

New York, New York...Nice place to stay!!

For our first time visiting Las Veags this Hotel was great , lots to do in the hotel, clean...other then our room smelled like cigars and it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. I think maybe the floor below or maybe 2 below might have been a smoking floor and the smell just got up to our floor. Bed was comfortable! Would stay here again.
