“Nellis Suites - just OK”

Somewhat disappointing that I paid Expedia for the hotel stay and then the hotel charged an additional 5.00 per day for an Admin. fee and was told all Hotels charge this. I never had a Hotel charge 5.00 per day after I paid in advance. We were woke up daily at 6:30am by Revile trumpets from the Nellis AFB near by. The bed was very hard, thin blankets while it was cold outside and no towels or dish washing items. Walls were thin - could hear other people in their rooms. The TV was in the living room and not in the bedroom or an extra one in the bedroom like every Hotel I've ever stayed in.

when you have small kids you need to place them on the first floor because we stay on third floor and the children were running up and down all morning Also the cleaning lady comes very early and she does not come back to clean the room 9am is too early to clean after guest is been out all night

“good hotel”

wanted a non-smoking, was gven a room that had been use for smokng-

“Good Concept-Just Old”

The hotel staff is wonderful, very organized and accommodating. The room was a good size and had all the amenities of home but..........everything was very old = old appliances, old carpet, old hard bed and the loudest air conditioners in the world. Our toilet seat enamel was rubbed totally off-ugh. With a little fix-up this could be a nice place. Oh and they had the nerve to raise prices when they found out our convention was coming to town, but everyone does that. Being close to the event and cooking for ourselves was the only plus. I'll stay on the strip in a major hotel from now on.

“Nellis Suites - thumbs down”

The room was ok - AC was very loud. Clerk was not very welcoming.

“Nothing "Suite" about this one”

I did not feel comfortable in the surrounding area. Room was clean, but run down. Seems there are some people who live there on a month-to-month basis. More like an apartment complex than a suite! There is free WiFi, just make sure you have good security on your laptop.

“Awful”

The hotel room was not very clean or comfortable, the carpet looked like they never vacuumed, the bathroom light made such a loud noise that you would rather shower in darkness. The a/c was so loud that it was difficult to sleep. We could feel the springs in the mattress. The comforter looked old and ragged. There was coffee packets but no coffee maker and there were not enough parking spots in the lot for everyone in the hotel.
