A lot of the restaurants and bars are permanently closed. The fitness room is located inside the spa, so it closes at 5pm.

The property and staff were very nice, a few things we didn’t like was the pool was only open until 5 pm and the drinks at the pool were good but to expensive you should realize customers pay a lot of money to come to Vegas so maybe lower your prices for your guests
Memories. One of the first casinos i stayed at. Still decent condition and has until its gone one of my favorite free shows. I will miss those volcanoes but glad i got to see them one last time. Staff is always super friendly as well
Great property, pool area is beautiful and poolside bar was wonderful! I was disappointed that there was no coffee pots in the room and refrigerator was filled with pricey beverages. If you wanted a refrigerator it was an additional charge.
Not a very good room, different things did not worked as expected, water would change temperature suddenly all the time.
Room was spacious and had a nice desk.
Good go to hotel.
No change of sheets on 2nd night.
No hot water on 4th morning.

A little bit disappointed this time.
1, need to wait about 30 minutes to check in. Yesterday only about 10 minutes.
2, Called housekeeping for the room’s shoes, the answer was she didn’t know what was that ……
Amazing property snd completely underrated. I loved it. Super comfortable bed!! Awesome staff, so so nice! I woulf definitely stay here again if the opportunity came
The staff was less than helpful and the surcharge fees are ridiculous. $50 resort fee for what we were told was use of the “complimentary” WiFi. and use of the pool which was closed when we got there and just for the privilege of being on the resort property. No use of a refrigerator in your room is an absolute joke. Never will return.
Had issues with the room I booked, then issues with what they promised for the inconvenience. The front desk representative Gabe had absolute attitude and no empathy for the miscommunication or additional work it was causing me for their wrong doing. Tried to tell me what I said, and made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking them to honor their original commitment for the inconveniences.
We booked a room with a king size and they did not provide us with that. They gave us a room with 2 beds. Additionally, there were attempted fraudulent charges of over $10,000 on my credit card. Which took hours on the phone to fix.
Great location for the area. And it’s right in the middle of all the fun!

Only one representative at the front desk, waiting time to register was about 1hours 20 minutes(my flight was delayed and arrived around 2am), no coffee maker in the room, towels are old and not white

First time in Vegas. The Mirage was beautiful. Our Bed was comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was surprised to have a daily resort fee of $42 because I thought the website indicated no resort fee. Nonetheless, I would stay here again.

The Property was well maintained and the cleanliness was great. Also smelled really fresh. The workers were helpful. Craig checked in me and my girlfriend what a delightful person. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Pantry has delicious food. The Mirage valet service was fast and efficient, and the Mirage is in a great location to walk to surrounding attractions and casinos.

The lamp was burnt broken. Asked for maintenance but no body came.
Didn't get the room I ordered, and eventually stayed in a dark room for 2 nights

They didn't come and clean the room everyday.
There were no gowns or slippers to use in the room and everything was super expensive
