“Take it or leave it, the decorations for Christmas were beautiful!”

The hallways were extremely loud, your could hear every conversation and footfall outside the door. I noticed a piece of (saran wrap?) under the bedside table that stayed there the whole four days we were there, and at first glance I thought it was a condom, ewwww! They did send a bottle of sparkling up, I'm assuming for my birthday, and did accomodate us with a room with a great view upon request.

“Quiet enjoyment.”

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Mirage. It was the first time for us at this hotel. We have been to Las Vegas many times and this ranks as one of the top three hotels we have stayed in. Will definitely come back.

“Right on the Stip!”

Only items that I felt could have been improved on were the tub plug and drain needed repairing including unplugging since the water drained a little slow. The same with the bathroom sink; it drained slow, so could be unplugged.

“Great Hotel”

We were very happy with the service at the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel was unable to give us the room we requested when we arrived but the alternate room was acceptable. The majority of the staff were very good to deal with when we had any questions.

Getting there
I would not recommend booking transfer/shuttle through exedia with Bell Trans. They were very hard to deal with, we ended up taking a cab from airport to hotel. After 3 calls and waiting for over an hour they told us we still could not be picked up at the arrivals area. Do not use Bell Trans. When we did use Bell to return to airport the bus was so dirty and run down. Next time I will just get a cab or limo and accept the extra cost, you will be happier with the experence.

“Good location but too smokey”

Pros Location Center to the strip with many other hotels close and many things to do. We stayed at Mirage in that we were going to two shows and one was at Mirage and one close by Room Was updated on upper floor. Had good view, bed was very comfortable, room clean and was quiet. Bathroom seemed a little smallish but ok. Parking We self parked and was nice garage. Parked on 4th floor and easy walk across "bridge" to the hotel and into check in area. Places to Dine Many choices at all price points. Everyone we tried was very good. Liked Buffet a lot.... Cons Casino Very congested compared to many other casinos we visited. Also the level of smoke seemed to be greater with the low ceilings a factor. Overall a very congested feeling hotel so might try a different place next time

“Not bad, but needs more amenities and attention to detail”

It's a decent, umpretentious hotel, but it just lacks too many amenities and cuts too many corners. For instance, it lacked a good, strong showerhead, which is a small luxury that is pretty much standard is most good hotels. Also, even though they charge a 'resort fee,' the hotel doesn't really have a gym--it only has a cardio room. Also, there was noticeable smoke in our suppossedly "smoke free" floor. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I cannot fully recommend it.
