“Everything”
Everything is great
“Quiet retreat from the strip”
Spent three nights at the Mandarin, great hotel. The room was very nice. Well appointed bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel service was fantastic. Every member of the staff was informative and more than willing to help you with any request you have. This is not a large hotel compared to other casino resorts on the strip which lends itself to a more personalized service. This is a non gaming hotel and I found it peaceful to return to after a days entertainment. This was my wife and I's third trip to Las Vegas and the first place we would say we would repeat a stay with.
“This hotel sets itself above the rest with sophistication and service.”
Simply beautiful, understated elegance and great customer service.
“Wanna stay there again!!!!!”
The hotel was just GREAT!!!!!!
“Exceeded Expectations”
From the moment we checked in until our departure, they couldn't do enough for us. Our room was one of the loveliest and cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed at. They had turn down bed service in the evening and were always very happy to find 2 bottles of water, ice in the ice bucket and 2 glasses on the night stand each evening. The clean towel and rose petal on top of tghe bath tub added a special touch. Our only disappointments were the little take out stand for coffee in the morning. We found that very limited and expensive and the faxct we had to change elevators each time we came and went - get off at 3 and walk around corner to another set of elevator banks to get to our room on floor 11.
“The Best of the Best”
I've stayed at many five star hotels, but the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas is hands down one of the finest hotels in the world. The service is flawless- the staff is warm and gracious without being obsequious. The rooms are divine and the appointments luxurious. The pool and spa areas are also not to be missed. The great thing about this property is that it is NOT a casino, so you don't have to deal with guests from the Excalibur or Circus Circus smoking cigarettes and drinking daiquiris out of yard long tubes loitering about the property. It is located in the new City Center, within easy walking distance of just about everything. I can't wait to return.
“Brazilians stay there”
Its a very good option to stay in d strip! D mandarin is awsome!!!!!
“Will definately be back soon”
Wow... very impressed by everything. Every employee greeted us wherever we happened to be - walking past the bistro at 7 am, even walking back to our hotel room at 3 am! The Mandarin has the most amazing rooms we have ever stayed in- the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Wonderful customer service... very impressed : )
“Great Stay in May 2011”
This hotel is excellent. It's clean, beautifully-appointed, comfortable and has the most helpful staff imaginable. I highly recommend that you stay, especially as it's extremely reasonably priced. Just be aware that there's a continental breakfast buffet only at the weekend and you can't get directly from your room to the downstairs lobby, you have to change lifts (or elevators!). A small price to pay for such excellence.
“Incredible Service”
We travel frequently and were very impressed with this hotel, which has become our new favorite in Vegas. It's an oasis of calm in a sea of chaos (the Strip). Here's an example of the excellent service. We arrived on a Friday morning about four days before the pool was supposed to open for the spring, and complained when we checked in about the lack of anywhere to sit outside since the weather turned warm (high 70's). Other guests were also complaining. By Saturday morning, the management had decided to schedule staff and open the pool early so their weekend guests could enjoy the weather. We were really impressed by their responsiveness. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The trip was a birthday gift for my husband, and he keeps thanking me for selecting such a great hotel!
