“Love it!”
Loved the room, enjoyed everything about it. Now I know this was Vegas, but I was quite disappointed that there was no in room coffee. Most people would think this isn't a big deal but when coffee downstairs in the hotel is $5 a cup you learn to miss in room coffee. There was also a door between our room to the neighbouring room and it let so much sound through from the other room which had a family with children in it and surprisingly they stayed up until 3am which meant so did we. Very soft beds, floor to ceiling windows, 3 telephones...fantastic room. Will definitely stay here again. Keep in mind the time that the monorail closes in the evening or you might find yourself in for a long walk back to the hotel! :)
“Affordable and Luxury”
I am glad to stay in this hotel, very clean and comfortable beds. nice bathroom. stuff are very helpful too..when i decided to change our room so I could get a nice view of the pool they change it with no problem at all..very nice hotel. i would love to come back on this resort plus our accomodation was not expensive. I hope expedia will give more discounts..thanks.

“Joseph”
The rugs were a little dirty but other than that it was very nice. We would stay there again.
“A wonderful experience at Mandalay Bay!”
I have stayed at a number of hotel's in Las Vegas and The Mandalay Bay was by far my most liked. The hotel is lovely both inside and out. I was upgraded to "The Hotel" and the room was spectacular. My boyfriend and I arrived in Vegas early and checked into the hotel at around 10:30am. Our guest agent Michelle was most pleasant! She upgraded our room and made sure we felt relaxed. Our room was suppose to be ready within an hour, we went back up to check with Michelle and she appologized because we had been waiting for two hours. We were fine with the wait but Michelle insisted on giving us a $50 dining voucher! This was most appreciated since the Mandalay Bay and The Hotel have exceptional places to dine. The experience we had at the Mandalay Bay was nothing short of perfect. Everyone was very kind and caring. I will ALWAYS stay at the Mandalay Bay going forward. Although the Mandalay Bay is towards the end of the Strip, it really is not that far. There is a tram that runs up to Excalibur which makes travel very convenient. I would definitely reccommend this hotel!
“worth the price”
besides the long check in, was a great hotel. convenient bus stop along the pick up but really far south from the trip. the quality of the restaurants was NOT impressive. far far too expensive.
“a 'caribbean' getaway in Las Vegas!”
we loved the pools, beach chairs, wave pool and especially the lazy river! This hotel is a beautiful 'caribbean' getaway in Las Vegas!
“Great Clean Hotel”
Everything was great no complaints about the hotel. The only thing is this hotel requires a resort fee and we also noticed a lot of kids there so if you want a more adult place this may not be the first choice.
“Satisfied Customer”
Mandalay Bay was a great hotel, and provided a pleasing experience for a first time trip to Las Vegas. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and well kept, and the front desk and rest of the staff were excellent. My only disappointment, which is just a small gripe, is that the wave pool wasn't really a wave pool. They claim 6ft tall waves, however its only 1 wave about every 3-5 minutes. I expected to see several waves in succession like a typical wave pool.
“My Son & Daughter-In-Laws Wedding at the Mandalay.”
My family Went to Las Vegas for my son and new daughter-in laws Wedding, they were married at the Shark Aquarium at the Mandalay Bay Resort, The Wedding was a small and intimate one and we were all made to feel very special, The Aquarium was a lovely background and we had the whole place to ourselves for the duration of the Wedding. We visited many other hotels, as part of the whole vacation experience and we were all so happy that we were going back to the Mandalay, as although it is one of the larger hotels, with many great restaurants, bars and shops, There are also some quiet intimate spots that feel so peaceful and relaxing that we were able to take advantage of so we could catch up on all the days events and just visit with family. The Mandalay is very comfortable and elegant, and with the very many windows, it is very bright and airy which we thought is not matched eleswhere. The pool area is fantastic, it has a lazy river, wave pool, hot tub and several pools with many different areas to lounge so you can easly spend the whole day there. The ladies of the Wedding party were fortunate to be able to all use the Spa facilities, which not only had hots tubs a sauna and a steam room, but also a cold plunge! The Spa, was wonderfully relaxing and we just wished we would have had enough time, as we would all have loved a massage. Overall mine and my families experience at the Mandalay was wonderful, and when I go back we will only book at the Mandalay.
