There really wasn’t anything good about this property. It was dirty, the beds and shower had hair in them, the bedspreads were stained, there were three of us staying and there were only two towels. The floor and walls were dirty and gross!

The lobby and breakfast area was really nice and clean! The hallways were dark with no lights for two days, my room had stains all over the carpet, the tub faucet was leaking 24/7 leaving a yellow stain where the water continued to touch, our bed had shoe stains off the bat, the leather chair had grime on the neck area of the chair, permanent stains on the sink, kitchen top and fridge, flyers were being shoved under our door constantly and we found two flyers in the room before we stayed, and finally crickets were appearing throughout our weekend stay

To be fair.. I usually love La Quinta. Checking in was good. Mr. Joshua was excellent. The parking lot surrounding the hotel was full of potholes. The carpet outdated. We walked in through the side entrance and were immediately hit with the smell of weed and piss. We had 2 rooms. First room was good, my brother though in the 2nd room wasn’t. There were hair balls in the fridge and all over the floor and it looked like someone dyed their hair in the bathroom and got dye all over. Mr. Joshua got him a new room right away which was clean. Our beds were comfy and same for the sheets. AC worked great, TV was great. I love the huge tub. Wifi didn’t work well. I ended up just not connecting since it was slow and cut off a lot. One night we spilled wine on our bed. I asked the maid in the morning if she can just help me make the bed. She said I have to call the front desk and they said they’ll send someone to help me. I didn’t need the whole room done.. I can take my own trash out. I just needed sheets and pillowcases. No one ever came. I went back and Mr. Joshua explained what was happening. That specific day, all the maids and laundry staff.. most everyone called out but one. The hotel was sold and they were all terminated by the end of the month. He showed me the linen closet and helped me grab what I needed. So.. to be fair. La Quinta Inn is usually great. Mr. Joshua made it great. Everything else was a fail but it wasn’t for lack of trying.

The staff was AMAZING. They were so helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the a/c was great. The breakfast was delicious as well. The pool and hot tub were not so great. There were lots of bugs in both and they could use a deep clean. But everything else was perfect. The staff made us ladies fe el safe and looked after.

Horrible!!! Stay away
Horrible! Room smells mold, carpet is filthy, door doesn’t look properly, super noise at night, you can hear everything from the other rooms: shower, tv etc Reception lady is super unfrendly, she should quit, as it is clear that she hates her job. breakfast is sad, this place is falling apart and no one cares.

The property was ok in you get what you pay for. On arrival the receptionist bloke was friendly and helpful. On arrival to our room there was an overpowering smell of weed. The room was okay and bed was comfortable. The guests in the room opposite decided to have a row in the early hours of the morning which lasted until the morning. Breakfast was limited, probably due to covid, and limited tables for the amount of guests there were

Our room smelled like Urine. It wasn’t anything that could be done about it. We only had to stay in there 2 nights to sleep but it was difficult. The bathtub was very old with old stains and rust. The staff was amazing! Very very friendly and courteous. I got everything I needed or asked for. The breakfast buffet was not quite what I expected from previous experiences. It was pretty much only dry goods and breads. I expected sausage bacon and those powdered scrambled egg lol!! Coffee and juice were delicious and cold yogurt filled the void of not having bacon in the morning.

Convenient, reasonable, but not adequate quality
We chose this property as a layover on a road trip with our dog. What attracted us was the fact that our dog was welcome and the too-good-to-be-true reasonable rate. The property is a good location in that it is near I-15 without being on the strip. However, it is fatigued and in need of maintenance and repair — perhaps remodel and updating. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The gentleman who checked me in was so gracious and attentive that it was as if we were checking in to the Ritz-Carleton. The room was a good size, well appointed in terms of what it had, and basically clean. But the hallways, elevator, passageways, grounds and overall quality were below what we have come to expect for a “highway convenience” property. Unfortunately, next time we’ll look for another option even if it is a much higher rate. I hope the staff and residents of this property are treated fairly by the management / owners.

I’ve stayed at several La Quinta hotels and this was the dirtiest and noises by far. The hall way had dirty lines in it, no one picked up after their dogs and it smelled bad. The other people staying were very loud all night.

The first room we were given smelled horrible and the hallways smelled horrible as well. We were given a new room that smelled much better. The rooms were fairly dirty. The front desk was helpful and kind.

The pool was really dirty a few days into our stay. Hallways were very dirty, lots of pot smokers.. could always smell it. Staff was friendly enough but they were needing more staff to keep up with the building. I stayed 9 days and no housekeeping available to me. It was cheap and so we stayed but won’t stay again.

First the staff was very helpful. That’s all I have good to say. The hotel was dirty, run done, bathtub and sink would not drain. Mold on shower curtain. Stains all over carpet. Only one pillow on bed. Bed skirt was filthy. Mirror dirty. Chair completely stained wouldn’t even sit in it. Luggage rack stained window curtain broken. No vending machine. No coffee in rooms, had to get at front desk. Had to use elevator that was on outside of building.

Yikes.
I booked this place due to its proximity to the airport as well as it being pet friendly. We’ve stayed at multiple La Quinta hotels over the years with no issue at all. This place though. There is nowhere to take your pups except on the other side of the hotel, which means they have to walk on the hot asphalt to get there. No bueno. But to add insult to injury, the grassy area had dog poo all over the place. It was a nightmare. Not to mention, many windows were missing and covered with cardboard. The inside smelled like cigarettes and weed (420 friendly but come on). The room itself looked clean, but it felt dirty. I think we only got about an hour of sleep combined due to that, the overall unsafe feeling, and the constant coming and going of guests/residents. Would not stay here again.

As a frequent traveler, this is the worst hotel that i have ever stayed. Dirty everywhere, there were people shouted 3 times from 1am to 2am. then a dog barking on the hallway at 2:30am. I was scared and call the front desk to take care the issue. but they still shouting. I have to park my car in the other hotel, because i worry the car been stolden. TERRIBLE DIRTY, carpet is shiny black with lots dirts and oil, elevator floor is dirty, the bath room has a big piece of mold on the wall. it is a terrible hotel have ever seen

Uninviting hotel needs new improvements
When I arrived to the la Quinta and Vegas I was told that I wasn't able to get a room. I had to show them the confirmation number and I was told that from arrival I'll be able to pay on arrival they already scanned my card saying that it was not able to use. Which I had my bank card on me but it was a new car that's why it was unable to process. Cuz they were using my old card number which I completely pass over my new car too personnel at desk I was finally able to get through with gentleman Richard but the other two working at the desk for really pushing me away saying I wasn't able to get a room that they're sold out. I was able to get a room they're talking to Richard but I was charged $50 more to reactivate tonight stays. The water had to ask them to readjust it wasn't getting hot water they fixed it it just seemed that the room was under construction a little disappointed. I don't think the price I paid was worth it. Ice machine seem broke only one was working downstairs I was on the third floor rug in hallway are 50 dirty hallway smells some parts of the room seem like they just put screws and didn't finish hatching work seem ceiling had cracks I should have took pictures I didn't get a chance to do that uninviting hotel service seemed rude to me in the beginning ask for new sheets and stuff never came to room I just feel like I got robbed for paid this much for this hotel

Every La Quinta I’ve stayed at in the past has been great. This was the first time it was a disappointment… and maybe it’s cause I’d learned what to expect. Trashes were full around the hotel, the parking lot was a mess, trash outside of hotel rooms, our non smoking room smelled like smoke, the staff was not as helpful or friendly as I’d come to expect.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The unfortunate part of this hotel is they now off weekly stays at better rates than most other places. We have stayed here for years every time we are in Vegas. This however will most likely be our last time. I didn’t feel safe when taking out our dog at night. The property condition has deteriorated significantly. Hopefully they will make the necessary updates to the rooms and clean up the property.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Had trash on the floor upon check in, hair in the sink, hair all over the bed we were covered in white hair to the point we had to change our clothes it was that gross, the tub was black and definitely had not been cleaned, no soap to use to wash your hands, jam was smeared on the night stand. Our toilet was clogged and it took maintenance 2 hours to come and fix (we had to call twice for them to finally come)The air conditioner shut on and off throughout the night was not consistent and not ideal when it's over 100 degrees everyday. We were not pleased with our stay therefore we checked out 2 days earlier we spoke to the front desk and they stated that would be fine just to be sure to call the next day and be sure to have checked out before noon the next day. We did just that to our surprise we still got charged for the 4 nights. When I called to get a refund Josh answered and was extremely rude and accusatory. The hotel made no notes on there end stating we had never checked out early. I will never understand why they would talk to me in that manner when working in hospitality. There negligence was my problem. It took them 5 days to resolve the issue and I never got an apology. I will never stay at a La Quinta ever again.

Just clean rooms better carpets had crumbs on it and restroom was dirty especially the floors
