“budget - does the job”
budget - does the job - right in the middle of the strip
“Wonder how long till they drop this old place”
Great place to stay due to location but rooms aren't the greatest. We switched rooms because the patio door rattled, then the next room was the exact same. Both rooms are not so good views, even the one with a 'strip view'. All in all i would stay again because of the location.
“No bed or bathroom service on last night in hotel of a three night stay in December.”
On our last night we arrived in our room at midnight, to find that there had been no maid service at all. I called to complain at the front desk, and was asked if I wanted to have them come up now. Are you kidding at a time we are going to go to bed! The elevators were a mess, but faster this time actually than the other four times we have stayed here. We won't be staying at the Imperial again. It didn't have a balcony as we requested, but we will miss the convenient location. The hallways needed vacumming, and the hash a go go wasn't that great. We will be trying the Flamingo next visit. Prices are about the same, so hopefully we will be getting a cleaner casino.
“Mixed emotions about Imperial”
This was our 4th visit to Vegas and we were more considered about location than quality of the hotel. Unfortunately, quality and security go hand in hand. Our room was broken into the 1st night and, although security was very helpful, I was very surprised that there was absolutely no followup prior to our departure nor did the front desk have any knowledge of the incident. Apparently, the ride hand does not speak to the left hand at the Imperial. We had major plumbing issues with our 2nd room, even though it was located in the renovated part of the hotel. We were moved to a 3rd room on our 2nd to last day of our stay. No real issues, but moving 3X in 3 days was something we were anticipating. Hotel location is great because it is located almost directly in the middle of the strip, but please keep in mind this is one of the oldest hotels still standing on the strip and many of its features are 50yrs old.
“Love Las Vegas!”
This is a well located cheap hotel, comfortable and close to the main atractions.
“Not too bad”
The Imperial Palace is what you get for the price I dont remember the hotel being in that bad of shape as it was this last visit. I dont think that I will be staying there again
“Stinky feet”
Hallway smells like stinky feet. Very old hotel/casino. Upgrade??
“A Mixed Experience”
The hotel was run down in general. The hallway carpet looked very old and not very clean. We also noticed the absence of security cameras in the hallways. The room did not look like a deluxe room. All of the furniture was covered in dust. The carpet next to the bed was full of food crumbs and dirty by the entrance. The floor to the bathroom was dirty as well as the toilet bowl being quite nasty. All together it was obvious the room had not been taken care before our arrival. Housekeeping did take care of the room problems once we spoke to the supervisor. The upside of this hotel was its excellent location with many things within walking distance.
“very good position-centre of the strip”
is not a new and fabulos hotel but very good position-centre of the strip
“Vegas should close this place down”
I stayed at Imperial Palace this past week and I was not impressed with this hotel.Vegas should should shut this place down..Hotel is very smokey, not clean, vendors walk the hallways inserting pornographic material under the doors of the rooms as well as placed by all elevators.Came back to the hotel one evening and there were two men laying on the floor where my room was.. Where was security????? My phone in the room rang twice and a man asked me if I was looking to have sex?? what kind of place is this?? As a woman who travels to Vegas frequently, I selected this hotel for the location to the center of the strip; Caesars should either sell this hotel, implode it and build new or have a multi million dollar renovation; it is a discrase to the Caesars name..I will never ever stay at this property again. Stay somewhere else...To many other options in Vegas.. I simply deserve much better..Caesars will be getting a letter from me about my experience. Expedia should not have them on the website- to associate with a hotel like this is not a good business alliance..
