GOOD LOCATION BUT NEEDS REPAIR.

Posted 28-Mar-2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Hotel is a little dated - needs renovation. In our bathroom tile is damaged & discolored +.
Location: 2 blocks off Las Vegas Boulevard - easy walking distance.
A Resort Fee of $17+ tacked on at the hotel for basic services that should be part of the original room charge is deceiving. Unless you pay close attention when comparing to other properties, you end up paying more than expected. It seems to me as a dishonest way of obtaining additional dollars.

Rather not a pleasant stay

Posted 28-Mar-2015
Pros: Food at the restaurant was ok. Cold bevvies.
Cons: Might be time for reno??
Location: Close to strip and stuff to do, within walking distance.
Room we had at first, on the second night, had water leaking from ceiling above, on floor, and on desk in the room. Asked for assistance at front desk, after 15 or so mins. later had to call again. This time asked for different room, and the response was that they did not have another room. After insisting we get another room, they magically came up with a room. As we packed up our stuff to make the move, staff finally came to check out the problem, in excess of 30 mins. later. Rooms are a place to sleep.

Avoid this place - even for the cost

Posted 27-Mar-2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Find a manager who can train employees to care - about anything.
Food and Beverage: There was always 3 to most of the time 6 of the wait staff sitting around and talking amongst themselves the entire several day visit. NO customer service here. We were a problem to them. You would think they would swing by and hang out at customer tables and smile to get big tips. Rooms: 2 of 4 lamp switches broken, carpeting awful and stained all over, coffee machine missing, need I go on?
