“Comfortable...but not comfortable”

Second time as this hotel. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. My only disappointment is the bed. I thought maybe on my first stay the bed was not comfortable, so then I would give it a try again on my next visit being that I did like the hotel. The beds simply are NOT comfortable. On both stays I have awoken to terrible back aches. If the mattresses can be exchanged for new ones, then I would definately return again. We did get a notice that all the T.V.'s were going to be replaced with flat screens on following Monday morning. That is a definate plus to add for this hotel. All that is needed now are new mattresses and this place will be perfect! :)

“Quiet, but the bed was hard as a rock”

The bed was so hard that I woke up very sore in the morning. The shower head was 3 tiny sprays. It was clean and very quiet on the third floor. Close to shopping and the children's hospital.

“not impressed”

The reseptionist was nice, but hotel's bed was unconfortable. The lobbies smell tabacco smog all day and night. The hotel had fleas. Bad service.
