“Nice all the way around”
Quiet atomsphere being away from casino operation, yet a short walk to the Hilton Hotel and all the action. Also, a short momorail ride to other Strip Hotel locations. Easy to drive up to without the hastle of Strip congestion. Not overwhelmed by load of children and loudy crowds. We enjoyied the amenities of the suite with kitchen, not mention the maid services, which was excellent. Friendly staff also contributed to our pleasant stay.
“WOW. This is it.”
This is probably our new best place to stay in Las Vegas. The room was absolutely fabulous. It was clean, and I mean spotless. Nice furniture. We were told there would be construction noise, although we never hear any. The parking lot had plenty of room as did the parking garage. There was a grand room on the lobby floor with a ping pong table and pool table. There was even a huge, and I mean huge,QUIET room to use for work, computer, or reading. The whole place is well lit, especially the halllways leading to the room which I liked. It was too cold to use the pool which was nicely maintained. I feel we got a four star hotel for a two star price. You will not be disappointed in staying at this hotel. This was our first stay here, and I know we will keep coming back to this hotel. You can walk to the Hilton at the end of the parking lot and catch the Monorail inside the Hilton.
“home away from home...comfortable”
nothing fancy but very quiet place to get a good night sleep
“Quiet and peaceful”
Liked the hotel, convenient for Monorail at HiltonHotel(next door)
“Quiet and Friendly”
Enjoyed our stay here. Close to all the action with the monorail and bus stops within a block, but away from the crowds and casino noise. Also, only a five minute bus ride to Freemont Street. Stayed for a week and the full kitchen and separate bedroom allowed us more comfort and convenience. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but didn't find any undue noise or inconvenience. Staff are friendly and helpful, and all areas were kept clean. One note: if you're going to get groceries it's impossible to get a cab back. We waited over an hour several times and had to find an alternate ride. A shuttle to the grocery store would be a big bonus.
“Very comfortable at the end of a long day”
went to vegas for business trip spending all day on my feet. the hilton was a great place to come to at the end of the day to put up my exhausted feet. very comfortable and quiet.
“Disappointed with Customer Service”
We've stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations properties before and were always pleased. This time... The building was undergoing renovations - which we were not alerted to until checking in (at 11:00 p.m. with a sleeping toddler in my arms). It was a pre-paid nonrefundable reservation so we had no other choice but to check in. The next two days (Friday and Saturday of a holiday weekend!) we had to listen to roto-hammers and grinders any time we were in the room. Nap time was a joy. The hotel's response? "Well we warned guests at check in that we were under construction." They then offered to buy us lunch. I was so disappointed with this response that I will definitely rethink staying at a HGVC property again - let alone buying into their timeshare program. Otherwise, in the past we have thought that the accommodations at the Las Vegas HGVC (at the Flamingo and the Strip, NOT at the Convention Center) were GREAT!
“Good and quiet hotel”
It was pretty good. Monorail is close, hotel staff is friendly. Lots of fun in Vegas.
“Great Family Hotel”
This is a great hotel for families. Our family of four (two children) stayed in a one bedroom suite and everyone liked it and was happy with the accommodations. If you're looking for a loud place and the party atmosphere of the strip, this isn't the place for you. This hotel is in a quiet area south of the strip. It does not have a casino but if you'd still like to do a little gambling and don't want to go very far, you can walk to the main Las Vegas Hilton Hotel that's within a five minute walk of this Hilton Grand Vacation Suites. The pool area is not super fancy or big but it was always clean and peaceful. They have a nice game room with ping-pong and pool tables where your family can have some fun and a small but nicely equipped fitness center. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
“An Excellent Place”
This is a great place within walking distance to the monorail and minutes away from the Strip. If you do not want the hussle and bussle of dealing with a crowded, smokey casino to get to your room this is a great place and you only minutes away from the Strip, gambling and shows. Our room was nice and clean and the pool was refreshing. I would definitely stay there again.
