“A Fantastic Escape”

We had a fantastic time at the GVR. It was a beautiful hotel with the most fantastic 'backyard' with a pool, cabanas and a great spa. It is the ideal resort for people looking to relax during their trip to Vegas.

“A haven from the madness”

We found the Green Valley Ranch to be just what we needed. We spent 12 days in Vegas and intended on chilling out as well as enjoying all the fun of the state...in fact we ended up spending much more time in the hotel than anticipated. It was comfortable and welcoming and the staff were uber helpful constantly. Our room was great with one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in - we were tempted to order one for home!!! The outside pool area was the best iv seen in a long time, the atmosphere was lovely and it was so relaxing to be there. I would definatley recommend this hotel for anyone, its gorgeous and I would rate it at the high end of 4 star. The shuttle to and from the strip and airport was frequent, quick and a huge money saver. Only a couple of things to be aware of: the resort fee - it was around $20.00 each day so ensure you take this into consideration when booking!!! They dont really tell you about the complimentary bits and pieces including the shuttle so make sure you ask for all the relevant information when you arrive - otherwise the concierge and front desk are always on hand and willing to help. The buffet restaurant doubles in price over the weekend. We had the most amazing time here and would definately go back if ever in vegas again. It may not be for you if youre in it to party constantly but if you want to relax as well as have some fun then this is the place for you. Great value for money.

“Great Hotel for families”

We have always stayed on the strip when we visit Las Vegas. This time we wanted a real "get away" and we were not disappointed. The Green Valley Ranch offers a tremendous break from the ordinary. We travelled with our 5 year old and found the pool and supplied sand toys wonderful. Hotel staff were great. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip was a godsend. The surrounding area had shopping and plenty of food choices. We are already planning our spring break trip back to the Green Valley Ranch.

“Las Vegas off the strip”

My wife and I go to Las Vegas every year and this is the first time we stayeds off strip.We loved the Green Valley Ranch! the pool and gym were great as was the District Shopping and Restaurants We used the shuttle to go to the strip and had great sevice, the driver [Wayne ] gave passengers a lot of helpful tips. I STONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL/CASINO

“Luxury Oasis - High Quality”

Fantastic hotel enjoyed by all the family including children 11 / 13. Excellent pool, really luxurious surroundings.No loungers, they actually had proper beds around the infinity pool - double and single!!! It works, we promise. Casino separated from the main hotel unlike Strip venues( and better). First class hotel service, free shuttle to the Strip and return...............So will we!!!!

“High Class”

This was a high class hotel. It was convenient to shopping and the freeway. My only disappointment came when I checked out and I had to pay a resort fee for each day, I thought all costs were included but they were not.

Being off the strip in Las Vegas is fabulous - close enough to run back and forth and not loud or crazy. The property is beautiful with lots of great shopping and food a short walk away. The spa has fabulous staff and a great menu of treatments. I only wish Las Vegas would ban smoking from the casinos. Good news - Green Valley has a non-smoking section - a little easier to breathe. We'll keep going back to Green Valley.

“Beautiful place to stay”

My husband and I went for vacation, we wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the srtip. We had planned on going into the strip but once we got to the GVR we never left. It was beautiful and clean. We stayed for a week and we were totally relaxed by the time our trip was over.

“Great hotel - never coming back.”

Great hotel. Great front of the house staff. We have stayed here often recently. Unfortunately, lobby gift shop staff was incompetent with regard to the use of their own systems. This resulted in having to call remove unauthorized charge on debit card. Several days of calls with some genuine and some call-center-like service resulted in no resolution (finally resolved with my bank). The customer problem resolution process (back office functions) here seems to be one of blame deflection and no ownership of the customer's concerns. Not what you'd expect from a fine hotel like this. We will not be returning. I will miss many aspects of this place, but it is not worth the stress of having to deal with their customer service process again.

“Beautiful Resort Hotel at an Incredible Price”

I was so pleased to make such a great deal for my hotel and flight by booking them together. This resort is beautiful. My room was large, with a great bathroom and very comfortable beds. It's off the strip, but it's not far to get there, and you have pretty much everything you want right there at the resort. I am returning for another conference in November, and I can't wait.
