“It was okay...”

I can't really complain too much about our hotel stay here. We were put in a smoking room which was not enjoyable and you can only get ice from the restaurant. It's close to Fremont which is nice but you can hear everything going on around you. The room was pretty comfortable but the bathroom was incredibly small. Given how much we paid it wasn't a bad stay but I don't think I'll be going back.

The front desk Girl was totally awesome kind and friendly, I would hire her at my place in a heartbeat. The floor attendents were slow and had to seek them out for payouts

“Great Value!”

It is a good hotel with an affordable price (Got 70% disc from expedia). The room was clean, comfort and good enough for us..But it was quite hard to find a parking lot. They only have a few lots for their guests. When we ask the vallet guy, he offered the vallet service for free! :) Overall, we are satisfied and will stay there again on our next visit..

“Nice, But Not At All Spacious”

The room was very clean. The bathroom barely had room to turn around, but it was also very clean. The water pressure in the shower was great. The beds are not comfy at all, but they were very clean. Compared to the larger hotels this one has parking spaces less than 40 steps from the door and the elevator was another 30 steps away, so if you are looking for convenient parking this is your place. They also have 24 hour valet for guests if the lot is full. Also, if you are interested in the Freemont Street Experience this hotel is for you... one block away. The casino in this hotel is very small and we didn't see any place to eat in the hotel, but there was a bar. Close to the freeway and a block away from Las Vegas Blvd. It was quiet, but the windows have nothing more than vertical blinds so the bright spot light kept our room fairly bright all night (we were on the second floor and the roof of the casino was illuminated right outside the windows on our floor). Also, when we went to check out they said we had already paid for the "resort fee" through our Expedia booking, even though the Expedia site said we had to pay for it after our stay, so that was nice.

“Decent place”

The room was pretty clean, service was good. In terms of its location, though it is not close to the main strip, it is not too bad since right next to the "Fremont experience" street and the freeway Good value for money

Clean, cheap and one block from Fremont Street. I had a great time and the people are very friendly! Can't beat the price!!

The service was great and the rooms were very clean!! Loved the pool and loved the price!!!! If you want a clean and awesome place to sleep the Gold Spike is the place to stay.

this is a very cute little hotel , trendy,clean, secured, and the price is amazing cheap. totally remodeled, this is theperfect hotel for travelers who want a relax room off the busiest hotels is actually next to vegas blvd.downtowm you can walk to the famous fremont st were the magic happens every nite of the week. this is a clean hotel , there are security down the lobby and no strager will go upstais to the room section because you need the room key to use the elevator . youre safe there. the room has new 32'' flat screens brand new carpets.the lesvian lady on front desk is very nice.
