“Can't wait to come back”
I really enjoyed staying at The Flamingo. When we checked in we upgraded to a Go Room. The Go Room was very nice but we wanted something with a bit more space. We called down to the front desk to see if they could do something for us. They upgraded us to a Go Suite at a discounted rate. We were very happy with their customer service. Everyone who works there was so pleasant. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the strip. Next time I come back to Vegas I am definitely staying at The Flamingo!
“Was hoping for more- too many things went wrong..”
Wrong room, glass doors on bathroom, no tub in the first room, had to change rooms, safe didnt work- had to wait around a few times for it to be fixed- losing time from our trip, didnt get the king size bed that we requested.
“very bad hotel”
no clean, very old and bad condition for 3 1/2 star
“Will stay here anytime”
I've stayed in the deluxe rooms on two different trips now, and they feel like home. I love the location, the center of the strip is the most convienient place to be based. And O'shea's is a great meeting place if your in a large group.
“Had a great time”
Love going to Vegas and staying at different hotels.
“Great View, Hot Room”
We stayed in a Go Room with view and the view was spectacular. The only problem we had was the AC would not go below 74 and we like to sleep with it cool in the room. We could have switched rooms but lost the view so we stayed. The room was very nice and had a flat screen tv and sound system. It also had a small refrigerator which was nice. The Burger joint restaurant service was awful and the beer was room temperature. The beer at Sin City Brewing was barely above room temperature itself. Overall we would go back but we would make sure the AC works and not eat or drink in any of the hotel restaurants. For the price and location and the great views it is overall a great value compared to other hotels.
“Much needed vacation”
They have done some updating & were in the process of updating while we were there - Would recommend it to someone wanting to stay on the strip in a good location & on a budget
“Good location for a trip to the Vegas strip.”
If you don't want to spend tons of money on a hotel in Vegas, and you're not planning on being in your room much, the Flamnigo is a good choice for it's central location on the Vegas strip. It was disappointing that we requested a non-smoking room, and our room reeked of cigarrette smoke. Also the early check in fee is a bit ridiculous when the rooms are clearly open and ready. Overall, a decent place to stay in LV.
“Would go back-”
The hotel service and check in was efficient. The carpet in the room was stained, but otherwise the size of the room and comfort was very good. Great price at the time we visited, so we were extremely happy. The buffet was good, the Garden restaurant was also fine if you want burgers or snacks.
“Go Deluxe”
Can't even describe how pleased I was with our stay at the Flamingo. We had a southern facing Go Deluxe room and could watch the fountains at Bellagio right from our room. The king size bed was very comfy and the television in the bathroom mirror was a nice added touch. The shower and bathtub left a little to be desired but they functioned perfectly. My gripes were that the slider for the bathroom came off its track and we had to put it back on and just be careful, the safe was at low battery so I didn't risk using it, the light in the closet flickered, and there was a drawer that had a mind of its own and randomly opened by itself. Outside of those things the stay was awesome and this place is in the best location on the strip for the price.
