“Bad guest service”
When we arrived this hotel at 5:00 am, the office was closed, so we couldn't the prepaid service.
“good location and price for travelers with car”
Professional staff, courteous, easy check in and out. Each hotel room has a fridge and microwave which some case even better than even the 4 or 5-star hotel next door.
“John's Review”
Stayed in this particular hotel infrequently since it's inception. Well kept grounds and surprisingly quiet. Hotel personnel ALWAYS nice! Noticed lamp worked slowly when cutting on power when walking into room. Bathtub stopper did not work. The conditions (little things) are starting to decay over the years. Suggest also the personnel on extended stay be located in one area and people with animals. (Too many contractors and locals colocated with visitors!) Otherwise, I still love the hotel and the atmosphere and will still bring my family to stay whenever I am in Vegas!
“Just as we expected for the price”
I don't want to sound too upset about it but they do not provide shampoo and conditioner here. It just seemed odd to me. On the other hand, we got an amazing price and was perfect for meeting with our friends staying at the Palms right around the corner. We would be more than willing to stay here again. Having a full kitchen is nice but I'd be willing to give up a pot and pan or two to have some shampoo...
“Last-Minute Gem”
We canceled our original reservations with another hotel thinking we weren't going to be able to go on our trip anymore. Turned out that we were able to go, and we booked a room at this Extended Stay a week before the trip. For what it was, it served its purpose. The hotel has larger 1/bdrm suites with kitchens than the average Extended Stay hotel and it was within 4 minutes walking distance to The Rio Hotel. The only downside was that there was only a non-smoking room left, and the room smelled like tobacco residue. (It was pretty gross, and I'm a smoker.) There was also a hole in our comforter due to a previous smoker's cigarette. Overall, we recommend.
“A budget hotel for longer stays.”
It seems like the kind of place you would want to stay for a longer period of time, like let's say you are re-locating to Las Vegas and need somewhere to stay while you are looking for an apartment. It's cheap and there is a refridgerator and a stove. If you're going to be in Vegas for only a night or two you really don't get any value out of this hotel. I spent $30 on a cab to the hotel whereas I if I'd stayed up the street at a casino hotel I could have caught the hotel/airport shuttle for seven dollars. Yes I would have spent $30 more for a room there, but it all evens out, for the same amount of money I would have been at a casino hotel, not out in the sticks.
“Its a good family hotel!”
The hotel is a very nice and comfortable place to stay if you are traveling with your family or a larger group of people. We ended up having more space to sleep than we expected!
