“We were surprised with a suite for the price of a small room.”
The first room was a living room/ full kitchen and the second was a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and attached bathroom. Wish our stay could have been more extended!
“can't wait to try this hotel”
I booked this room on behalf of my brother and his baby daughter for 1 night. He was so excited to see that the hotel was so clean and the arrangement of the room was very impressive. According to my brother, the room and the surroundings were very very clean. He said he can't wait to bring his whole family the next time he's in Las Vegas. Will recommend to other friends and family members.
“Good but not great”
The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the added convience of having a mini kitchen was great. The beds however were not that comfortable, while the pillows were thick and soft the bed was hard and unwielding. There is no elevator so dragging luggage up 3 flights of stairs can be a pain. On a note, if you are looking at this as a cheap alternative to staying on the strip (but still want to go and not drive) be warned a taxi ride is $25.00 to and from the strip. The bathroom was small but overall it was a nice place.
“Review”
Suite has living room and kitchen. Seperate bedroom. One bad thing was no tv in room, only one in the living room. We had a rate of fifty.
“Welcoming”
Very clean and had everything we needed. Older building and we could hear our neighbors but we would stay again!
“Good and Bad”
The location and exterior appearance was great (if you want to be off the "strip"). The size and layout of the suite was fine, BUT there was a live roach in the kitchen sink and another (alive on his back) in the bathroom. When reporting it to the front desk clerk, I was told they spray for them on a weekly basis. Also, our suite was quite "dated" and in some need of renovations and updating.
“Not the cleanest or best location but OK overall”
Room was big. A separate bedroom and a kitchenette. Not the cleanest but it was fine. Not exactly the strip or downtown but fine if you just need a place to stay for the night.

EXTENDED STAY BOULDER HGY. MEETS MY NEEDS BUT IT'S NOT FOR ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR LUXURY. iT'S SHOWING IT'S AGE AND MANY SMALL THINGS ( E.G.THE KITCHEN FAUCET) NEED ATTENTION.
“Dont expect more for the price”
You could tell it had been around for awhile but it was very quiet. The only complaint we had was a bathroom towel had some stains on it that was not very pleasing. The towel was clean. There was no batteries in the tv remote either.
“Hotel: Nicer on the outside than on the inside”
The air conditioning was noisy, with a simple (noisy and ineffective) fan to blow air into the second room. The TV was tiny and mounted high on the wall.
